    My absolute favorite breakfast the time I lived in Panaji I always had it with the crusted (hard) bread roll, not the soft pao preferred by the younger generation these days. Anyway, I will test your recipe until I find the flavor from the Panaji Cafe's, everyone slightly different, one Cafe was best and always crowded in the mornings, maybe yours it the one I remember.
