Hello my friend thank you once again i have been working on my gut health for some time and it has been working my brother got married in june and I was a beautiful bridesmaid with no belly fat due to not having any belly from my deep breathing exercises and yoga chair exercises yes what a beautiful moment and so many compliments from family and friends. My goal this summer is to continue building strength so that I can finally do a sprint triathlon. I was in a bad accident that destroyed one of my legs, and the doctor said there was a small chance I would ever be able to do a marathon or any kind of high intensity workout. 4 years later, I’m able to run a mile without stopping, and I hope I can eventually make it to 10 or more! But I really gotta focus on this stubborn belly fat as well. 😅
I’m 4weeks post partum with my second child and this time around I have been staying on top of my vitamins and SSRIs so I mentally feel really good, but my body feels weak, and doesn’t look toned. I want to feel strong be proud of the way my body looks just as much as I’m proud of what my body has gone through, and I know my diet (fuel) is lacking.

When I do restrict I notice my belly fat is gone but when I eat 3 meals a day (very clean healthy meals) my stubborn belly fat comes back.

loved this video !!! I have struggled with the stuborn belly fat! It is soo hard to get rid of. For years I have tried all kinds of tips and tricks and programs but none of them worked. ??? Question: How many scoops of your protein powder is safe to take daily? I’ve had acne breakouts when taking more than one scoop of whey protein per day. I switched to LSF last month and no acne so far with just one scoop a day! Would like to start taking it twice a day if possible. #1 goal for summer is consistency and discipline!
So happy to hear my LSF protein has helped so much! Personally I usually drink about 3 scoops a day. It's such a clean amazing blend there isn't really a cap on it per say but hopefully knowing what works for me might help :)
#1 Goal for me is being consistent. I know how many calories I need to be taking in & how many I need to burn a day to lose weight. But I have not been consistent.
At the moment, I work out 3 times a week. It’s just what works best for me. I love strength training so much, so I often end up doing mostly that and not that much cardio. It’s actually not intentional, I just forget. I can see the difference in the mirror, because I look more toned - but I have a feeling it would be even better, if I did a better mixture of both strength and cardio. My goal is to get in better shape and get more toned. So, Katie, if you were in my position, how would you recommend splitting up the time between cardio and strength training? I’m usually in the gym for an hour and 15 minutes (apparently, once I’m there, I don’t wanna leave again lol). And as always: Great video!

Do Pilates with ankle weights or without/ lift weights. Cardio is great, walking with the kids.

Carbs turning to sugar (glucose) is just how our body processes them and we need carbs because we use that glucose for energy.

My goal for this summer is to be brave enough to put on a swimsuit. I went through menopause early, and I deal with hypothyroidism. I don’t even recognize myself when I look in the mirror. So much contradictory information today about how to get healthy.

My goal is to gain a healthy happy relationship with food. Not restricting while eating good! I love exercise and being active but as someone with digestive issues, food is my only issue. When I do restrict I notice my belly fat is gone but when I eat 3 meals a day (very clean healthy meals) my stubborn belly fat comes back.

This summer I'd like to continue to move forward with healthier diet and more workouts... would love to have more energy and lose some moodiness, especially during afternoon. My #1 goal for summer is to lose weight and get back to my ideal weight. I've been vacationing WAY too much since January and have gained about 10 extra pounds. I didn't quite lose all of my holiday weight before that, so, now I have 20 pounds to lose! I will do it though. PS I found your site recently and really love it! Even though I'm much older than your target audience (63), I really enjoy your information.

loved this video !!! I have struggled with the stuborn belly fat! It is soo hard to get rid of. For years I have tried all kinds of tips and tricks and programs but none of them worked. Some of them were down right impossible. LSF program improved my "confident wearing crop top self" now because i seem the difference. I love that we did a breathing work, in yesterdays Live ! ??? Question: How many scoops of your protein powder is safe to take daily? I’ve had acne breakouts when taking more than one scoop of whey protein per day. I switched to LSF last month and no acne so far with just one scoop a day! Would like to start taking it twice a day if possible.

So happy to hear my LSF protein has helped so much! Personally I usually drink about 3 scoops a day. It's such a clean amazing blend there isn't really a cap on it per say but hopefully knowing what works for me might help :)

#1 Goal for me is being consistent. I know how many calories I need to be taking in & how many I need to burn a day to lose weight. But I have not been consistent.

At the moment, I work out 3 times a week. It’s just what works best for me. I love strength training so much, so I often end up doing mostly that and not that much cardio. It’s actually not intentional, I just forget. I can see the difference in the mirror, because I look more toned - but I have a feeling it would be even better, if I did a better mixture of both strength and cardio. My goal is to get in better shape and get more toned.
So, Katie, if you were in my position, how would you recommend splitting up the time between cardio and strength training? I’m usually in the gym for an hour and 15 minutes (apparently, once I’m there, I don’t wanna leave again lol).

I am in my mid 20's and have never been happy with the way my belly looks. I can lose weight, but I gain weight in my belly only. It has been so frustrating, and my mom has always had the same issue, too. My goal is to figure this out this year and get it under control.
