Perfect timing for this video, I went for a walk with my dog and in the middle of our walk I stop and say thank you Lord for a beautiful day and being able to move my body today and I took a picture , said to myself I am proud of myself , I do love being off my phone specially on Sundays ,it feels so good , I also started to do pm yoga and am streching and always start my day in prayer, thank you so much Katie ,God's perfect timing for this video.
I love the idea of 1:2:1… here’s my breakdown: 1- time in my Bible. 2- glass of water before coffee and protein before work. 1- quick stretch and 10 squats

Love this! One of the best habits I started in 2024 was putting my phone away for the night every night at 8pm. It made me realize how much time and mental energy I waste checking and picking up my phone for no reason! It’s not good for your mental health or productivity to be constantly “connected…” Now I find myself putting it away closer to 7pm most nights because it feels nice to unplug!

I'm proud of myself for going through the fridge today and killing leftover produce (celery, onion, garlic, potatos, etc) by making a delicious and healthy soup that made my house smell amazing and nourished my body. For my 1-2-1 I want to wake up and massage my feet as my sole and toe flexibility has been limited since I had 3 foot surgeries in 2023. For nourishment I want to prepare my first 64oz bottle of the day with fresh lemon or electrolytes and take my vitamins and medications. For my mind I want to journal to emphasize gratitude, goals for the day, and affirmations. We got this, ladies 🎉🎉🎉

yes I am stuck... this came at the right moment. I don't know why I am almost fearful of starting. so might as well try something to be successful. I did it once and I know I will be able to again. I have the thyroid meds so I have to wait one hour to eat. I will wait an hour to have half decaf/regular and only one cup with Miss Congeniality and then have breakfast. i always started with two cups of black coffee will drink a bottle of water prior now. also I never have made a vision board and always say I should so I will try the app or maybe sit and cut but make one. I have been trying to declutter but never thought of the phone and yes I have contacts, emails, and photos that are out of control so that will be another and I will do some sort of workout daily. lets go 2025 I am buying the 2025 planner and excited for that.

I'm starting with number 5. I'm going to make more time for practicing the piano and sewing (making quilts). Also I exercised 1 hour this morning and plan to get in an hour every day.

It's a virtual vocal lesson app that I purchased and intended to start and take consistently for a few months now. Also, my 1:2:1 is moving my body with the Daily 10 from the Move app, eating a breakfast high in protein, drinking a glass of water with electrolytes and finally writing in my diary every morning all my blessings, thanking the Lord verbally and in writing. ❤great video💥 My 1:2:1…daily 30 minute walk with my Aussie (she won’t let me slack!): 24oz water with juice of 1/2 lemon (no diet culture here, it just makes me want to drink the water, been drinking this for 45 years), add pinch of salt for electrolytes, mix up my collagen water, my meditation is walking in nature with no music, just my pup❤️✨ I’m the same as you when it comes to clutter… Years ago, I heard someone describe it as physical clutter is mental dandruff, and that just stuck with me and I can’t go to sleep if there’s clutter in the bedroom, or the kitchen isn’t tidy.

Right, I will drink water first thing in the morning to kick start my metabolism. After that I will wear my sports clothes and go out walking for an hour and when I come back I will aim to have a nutritous breakfast.👍🏻

The habit that I want to do more is the “tiny wins”. I think this will allow me to celebrate the small things I do throughout the day. Committed to finally doing the hot body mean plan. I am about to start the 4th week and let me tell you It Works!! I was stuck in my journey. I was eating really healthy. Doing my workouts all the things amd still not losing that last 5 lbs to reach my goal and fight that extra belly fat that wouldn't go away. After the second week. I hit my goal! It felt like so much food at first which is why I never finished before but this time I pushed past week one and thing started to change! 😊

@LoveSweatFitness i actually found out I'm intolerant to pea protien and that was causing me issues. I found a grass fed whey protien and am doing so much better. Really hoping to kick my mom pooch to the curb soon. Also increased my vitamin d from 5k to 10k per day and thats helping a lot too!

I’m right there with you. I start first thing in the morning with 20 ozs of salt water. I use Himalayan pink salt. It’s been a slow process. I also switched over to 1/2 caff 1/2 decaf. I honestly feel like the water wakes me up better than the coffee 😊❤

I added stretching morning and night into my routine about a month ago and wow what a difference it has made. I’m so bendy now 😊 (friends reference, if you know, you know) Also this past month I did # 3 and I can’t tell you how therapeutic it was to go through everything I own, including my garage. I got rid of so much stuff and it feels amazing. I’m also prepping for a no buy year for 2025 so stuff doesn’t make its way back into my life.
