That RB is making more hp than most engines 2x the size. Holding together at 79Psi aint no joke! RPM is key though, this thing only starts making power where most engines are already hitting limiter, then running it out to ~11,000rpm
@FullyAirconditioned nah there was no category or awards for 4cyl/rotary, you could still enter but there were no prizes/classes/competition to compete in.

The 2504 hp run recorded by MAKDDY is the outright record for any Horespower Heroes competitor. There have been higher recorder numbers. Although due to those not being Summernats entrants they were deemed exhibition passes.
There's nothing Holden about that engine, it's barley an RB Full billet block with some 2jz architecture, I think the only thing RB might be the head casting

Bring back the rotary class, there was a 13b turbo rodeo Ute that made 760hp on the Saturday but no class for rotary 🤷♂️
4cyl and or rotary class would be goid to see.
Saturday there was two rotary, RX4 13b turbo that did 510hp and a rodeo Ute with a 13b turbo that did 760hp
