Having an issue getting the abs sensor back in. It goes in, but will not go flush against the knuckle. What do I do?

I really don't understand why you don't ( I didn't mean you, I meant the car manufacturer ) have a castle nut holding the wheel hub on, that cotter pin is only there to keep that hub nut from coming off down the road . I would rather they put a castle nut there , torque it down then put the cotter pin in. after torqueing if the cotter pin doesn't line up with a notch in the castle nut you can always back off the torque or put a little more foot pounds on that castle nut to get the cotter pin it the notch to prevent it from even loosening a little. You people who work on theses versas are some of the worst hacks to watch. You do the bare mininum to the steering knuckle. As I said your hacks. I would only use OEM parts not after market garbage. The versa you show who own them are a disgrace not taking care of there car.
