It is important to mention that 5:47 with thestrals experience of death itself is not the only criterion - it needs to be experienced consciously, because Harry’s mother have died in front of him when he was one year old, and he supposed to see thestrals starting with philosophers stone.
On that point JK admitted a kistake herself in that Harry still couldnt see the Thestrals directly after Cedric's death at the end of Book 4. Given he did experience it consciously he shouldve been able to but it wouldve been awkward to include at the end like that
great video! outside of a few things that honestly i wouldn’t know if i hadn’t been a fan of this franchise for about a decade and a half (animagi don’t choose their forms, pandora lovegood died in a spell creation incident, the barry crouch jr bit, etc.), it’s a really good iceberg and you clearly have a lot of passion for what you do. would love to see more like this!
i was also correcting him in my head when he said animagi choose their forms and Pandora dying from a magical beast incident. but i do appreciate the attempt to collect so much information from the HP universe.
i feel like if love is a mechanic in their world that can solve many unexplainable issues then it works as long as its consistent and doesnt occur with fake love or a love that isnt deep enough.
One of the Golden Rules is "Love thy neighbor as thyself" (not as a spouse)! If everyone did this, it would be just like a spell. As well as another Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have done unto you"! Wizard or Muggle, wouldn't it be a much nicer place to live, if all people adhere to these Rules? (Just like Paradise!❤
love is definitely a bit of a deus ex machina in the story. lily potter is almost certainly not the first person to sacrifice themselves for someone they love in the history of witchcraft and wizardry and so it would follow that harry is not the first person to be protected by love's power. this should be a documented phenomenon in the world. it also opens up lots of other questions. if someone dies to protect anything, does that thing or group of people benefit from protection? if lupin died in the battle of hogwarts to protect those within, why did they not also benefit from that protection? it unfortunately, kind of breaks the world if you appropriately apply this mechanic to the wizarding world as a whole rather than a convenient device to explain harry's survival and why he's "special"
the story would indicate that it protects harry in perpetuity from voldemort. just one of those things that doesn't really make sense and kind of destroys a lot of the tension and seriousness of the world if you think about it too critically. sirius black died protecting harry as well, did that provide harry protection from Bellatrix Lestrange? logically it would if we were to follow the rules laid down. mad eye moody also died to protect him. many questions arise. or is it only a mother's love? who knows@@VaultLore
It’s not only that Lily died to protect Harry for Love, Dumbledore also cast a very power spell upon Harry to strengthen the protection and make it endure until he comes of age and lives with Lily’s sister at least once a year. It’s mentioned in the books. I think that Harry is not special, because his mother died for him. Actually he, by default is not special at all, but he becomes special after Voldemorts actions on the prophecy.
Wasn't Lily offered a way out (I.e. Snape begged Voldermort to let her live) but she refused to leave Harry so he killed her anyway therefore giving her chosen sacrifice extra power? Lupin wasn't given a choice by his killers.
Well done, despite the few mistakes (Crouch and Lovegood). Since I see you asking the others: I came for Harry Potter. One thing you mentioned that got me thinking was about the name Percival, which creates an iceberg of itself in this context. For one, the knights of the round table were via Arthur in contact with Merlin. The story of Percival is that of a young hero whith great ambition who makes a mistake as a youth that will take a great part of his life to make up for. And just remember it is also the name of Percy Weasley. Then the name itself - if it originates from Pryderi in the Welsh Mabinogi, there's a whole magical world to be found there. If it is derived from either Old French per ce val (through this valley) or perce val (pierce the valley), that brings up a whole new set of associations, from Psalm 23 to the hymn Jerusalem, fom Dumbledore as a shepherd to the line 'I will not cease from mental fight, Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand'. This gets richer every minute I think about it.
They probably just have those names because Rowling thought they fit their Backgrounds well but seeing HOW well these names fit, it makes me wonder if names hold some kind of power over your destiny as well in the HP universe.
i love the conversation about thestrals and themq signifying harry’s maturity, because i caught on to that in the 1st grade when i first read the series. it’s nice to hear it explained out loud
Interesting video, well done! I have some well-intentioned notes on your script - there's a lot of repetition of phrases throughout ("serves as", ”adds a layer”, ”hints at”, ”the consequences of” and ”the narrative explores” for example), which can read a little monotonous or redundant, and it kind of dilutes the impact of your message. I would also suggest re-recording lines if you flub them - it’s obviously impossible to read through a script like this without stumbling every now and then, but you’ll get a neater result if you re-record the lines. Also, some of these topics you describe as theories when they’re fairly well-established lore. Like, the extended world of magic is pointed to not only in the core books (with the schools you mentioned but also with, for example, Charlie studying dragons in Romania), but also in the subsequent Fantastic Beasts films. All this is to say, very good video and I mean no hate at all!
What you said about wand lore makes you got to wonder, if Harry didn’t have the piece of Voldemort’s soul inside him, would he still have been accepted by that same wand or a different one since he wouldn’t have had the piece of the owner of the wand’s sibling?
Just now realized that voldamort split his soul literally and left no legacy so he never truly gained immortality but Harry did the exact same thing just emotionally by sharing parts of himself with other people. Immortality isn’t being alive forever it’s living forever and Harry will always be remembered allowing his memory to live on.
I've just started the video, and I just wanna say I know this is going to be one of my favourite videos. Your scripting is lovely and you've the perfect voice for this!
The prophecy misinterpretation could also mean that while Voldemort assumed it applied to Harry, Neville also fit the criteria and he destroyed the last horcrux
one of the things about thestrals is, why didn't harry see them right away? his mother was murdered in front of him as a child. also, they'd be more of a well known phenomenon amongst the school children. rowling portrays it as if almost no one knows about them or can see them other than luna and harry, but people are not that unfamiliar with death. there'd be plenty of students that could see them. people certainly wouldn't think harry is crazy for seeing them
exactly. there would be no doubt about what's pulling the carriages. someone with a family like ron's would know about them, as would a know it all like hermione. it would be pretty much common knowledge. it strikes me as something that rowling originally wrote to demonstrate that the world harry was entering was magical "wow the carriages are being pulled magically" and then decided to invent this backstory later on in the later books to use as a device.@@VaultLore
Harry couldn’t see them right away, because he was only one year old as he saw his mother being killed and you have to be capable of understanding the concept of death.
To me the Dept of Mysteries is like studying the old ways in the face of new fancy spell craft. Studying time, love, and death, the most powerful forces even in the magical world.
@@neonxvices I don’t think it’s about varying the language. I think it’s a sign that there’s more to say on that specific topic and you should be adding to the script. Something else is going on. What is it. What are the implications. And occasionally.
29:16 I really hate to be correcting you, but... the kiss wasn't ordered by his father, but by Fudge. By that time he had already killed his father on the Hogwarts grounds.
the funniest part about "the wizrading world outside of Britain" is how insanely tone deaf the allocation of countries to schools is, like putting all of Korea and Japan into one school or having Germany in a school with all balkan countries AND ALL OF RUSSIA lmao i know that wizards likely don't go too much into the politics and history of muggle stuff in their countries but considering how many children there were in Hogwarts alone raises the question of just how many there must be in those other schools that have students from multiple countries and just how culturally diverse some of them must be, think about it, students from south west Germany go to the same school as students from north east Russia, that's halfway across the world from one another edit: ok nvm i just checked and apparently Russia has it's own school, still the point stands, people from Lappland share a school with greek students
"There have only been seven animagi this century" I think the number of non-registered animagi probably far exceeds the number of registered animagi. And probably it's not all that difficult. After all, Peter Pettigrew was nothing special, and how many amazing things could James, Sirius and Remus do in a few years (quidditch captain, Hogwarts map, animagi, etc...)
Made it through the video and i gotta say, dispite a couple discrepancies, this is a really well done video. Great job with narration, and the visual aspect. I love just having the pictures scrolling so you have something to look at, but if youre just listening then youre not missing anything. Also, i made some other comments that i now realize i should have just made one long one lol, sorry for that. Ill do better next time. Much love "Jake", ill see you in the next one
The deepest part of the iceberg you left untouched. I’m not entirely surprised since I have only seen a couple people who are aware. You must first understand alchemy to understand the true meaning of Harry Potter.
55:30 Rowling explained this herself. Basically, American Wands are severely restricted. Young wizards are only allowed to even have them in school grounds, and they are controlled very strictly by the government in America. A mirror of Rowling's gun control opinion. It's really on the nose honestly.
My understanding but of the meaning of the Deathly Hallows: *The Elder Wand: It matters not how powerful you are, you cannot fight or overcome Death. It will alqays win in thw end. *The Resurrection Stone: There is no bargaining or reasoning with Death. Once Death has you, there is no coming back . *The Cloak of Invisibility; You can hide from Death for only so long. But hiding from Desth also means hiding from Life. Death is part of Life. All Life comes to an end. Accept it and welcome it without fear.

The ministry of Magic built around the Veil. The Veil has been their wayyyy longer than almost anything magical Harry has witnessed, Pretty sure its older than the hogwarts castle or hallows
@VaultVideosYT looked into it just a tad more, the ministry built around the veil. But it doesn't pre date hogwarts. Straight from jk. She said she did get a little inspired from the tale of the 3 brothers and wanted symbolism between the resurrection stone and the veil.
Yeah probably getting to deep, but it’s all a little convenient that the ministry is in London, and the veil just happened to be in London even though magic is global. London is tiny compared to the world..
What is in the books should not be deeper than lvl 3. Deeper levels are for some Rowling comments like how witches didn't use toilets before XX century, they just poop wherever and cast cleaning spell after, theories such as "Ron is time-travel Dumbledore", famous fanfics (cursed child, pairing ones and about rational thinking), magic systems for elves and goblins, bans and censorship of books in different countries, etc. The point of iceberg is to surprise people with wow info, not to recall events from the books.
I always thought it was stupid that pupils thought Luna was strange. They live in a magical world where nearly everything is possible. As soon as she starts talking it's like magic doesn't exist and she's crazy.
Cursed Child was dreadful. It goes against so much of what we already knew about the magical world. Voldemort planned to live forever and rule alone....HE WOULD NOT HAVE HAD A KID UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Harry, after being raised without parents, would not have been the jerk of a father that he was to his son Albus. Anything that happened while using a Time Turner in book 3 had already happened and you were simply playing your part in making events happen, there was no changing time and erasing people from existence and altering timelines. The same type of device should not follow two sets of time travel rules...that's just lousy writing. That book/play is not a genuine follow up to the 7 Harry Potter books even if JK Rowling says so. Cursed Child is the Harry Potter equivalent of the Star Wars Holiday Special.
Correction: Pandora Lovegood died when experimenting with spell creation, nothing to do with an Erumpent horn, nor magical creatures in general. No idea how you made a mistake like this. :D
what happens if i am under the influence of imperio and i have to commit murder with avada kedavra, do i split my soul? or the one who spoke imperio of me, does he split his soul?

very well put together video despite a few mistakes. Aside from things that I have seen others making comments about, Such as the dementors kiss being A result of cornelius fudge bringing them with him when he went to question barty crouch. I think that the Bit where you talk about the wider wizardy world in the final level of the iceberg has already been pretty fleshed out, Not only by the books but but by other media like Pottermore. I believe there are twelve total schools of magic across the globe. Even when bringing up the tri wizard tournament Your wording makes it seem as though it is a new occurrence. The last time it happened was 100 years previously. When a cockatrice got loose and attacks and the judges I believe. In the beginning of the third book, Harry receives a letter from ron that tells him he is visiting the tombs of ancient egyptian wizards. This is where ron's older brother bill works as a curse breaker for gringots. Also in the fourth book , dragons are brought in from romania with the help of ron's other older brother charlie And a sphinx is brought in from egypt for the final task. Charlie is also mentioned in the first book when the trio. Need to enlist his help to get rid of Hagrid's pet dragon Norbert. Also during the quidditch world cup, Irish and bulgarian wizards are definitely mentioned. Just as well , a world cup implies quidditch teams from a variety of different countries across the globe. A transylvania team is mentioned as beating england in the last world cup. I believe a turkish team is also mentioned in regards to ludo bagman beating them. Not to mention, The fantastic beasts movies where we explore nineteen forty's american wizards , as well as a wider wizard in world at the end of secrets of dumbledore.
I love the Dumbledore represents death theory. Dumbledore is obviously death, Snape is the resurrection stone, Voldy is the Elder Wand, and Harry is the Cloak
i always thought of it with grindelwald being the elder wand, voldemort being the resurrection stone and harry as the cloak, just cus of their personal connections to each of those hallows and how each of their hallows either end up going directly from dumbledore to them or vice versa. e.g. dumbledore got the elder wand from grindelwald, dumbledore got the resurrection stone from the riddle estate when voldemort hid it there, and dumbledore was the one who gave harry the cloak on christmas
Theory: what if dumbledore is death only in a kind of foreshadowing for the deathly hollows story and the brothers would be Harry, Hermione and Rony? In the begining of the book he gives each of them one item trough his will (gift from death). Hermione receives the book of tales, Ron receives that device (dont know how it is called in english lol) and Harry receives the sword. The sword would be representing the wand as it absorbs the power it comes in contact with The device would be the stone, "resurrecting" light, even the voice of loved ones and ultimately bringing ron back himself The book would be the cloak, being itself a disguise where secrets could be passed on without noticing Thinking is trought, the "gifts" arent that much related to the actually deatlhy hallows but it may be a hint that the three brothers are parallel to the trio. . Ron is spiteful and jealous, flamboyant when he is winning. Harry lost his family and would ask to resurrect them, in a dark version he could gone mad because of that mirror and offed himself. Hermione wouldnt trust death and would be the clever one that actually thinks it trough to avoid deaths trap. In the scene after they tell the story that are exactly the hallow they chose each.

My question is about the movie at the beginining only Harry and Luna could see the thestrials but towards the end they all could see them when they flew them to the department of ministries but nobody got killed in front of the others in the movie so why couldnt they see them at the beginining.
In the books they can't all see them. The people who can have to help the others on and Ron specifically says how weird it is to be sitting on them and not be able to see them.
I read a comment saying they thought this video had thousands of views and I couldn’t agree more! Walking into this (not just off the topic) I thought this video was sooo well put together and well researched. Lucky to be one of the first subscribe to a future great UA-camr 🎉

39:28 the horcrux process isnt irreversible. You can mend your soul and make it whole again by experiencing remorse for what youve done
It is important to mention that 5:47 with thestrals experience of death itself is not the only criterion - it needs to be experienced consciously, because Harry’s mother have died in front of him when he was one year old, and he supposed to see thestrals starting with philosophers stone.
Harry never actually witnessed his parents dying he couldnt comprehend the death at 1 year old
Maybe for that you need fully understand what’s happened?
On that point JK admitted a kistake herself in that Harry still couldnt see the Thestrals directly after Cedric's death at the end of Book 4. Given he did experience it consciously he shouldve been able to but it wouldve been awkward to include at the end like that
Actually the name Brian is very ancient and not modern at all, Brian Buru last high king of Ireland springs to mind.
I think they cleared it up with that tie to commonality tbh
Kinda like the name Tiffany, too. It’s old, but sounds very modern.
15:00 about Luna`s Mother being killed by a magical creature..... That's not how it went.
One of her spells backfired and that's why she died.
great video! outside of a few things that honestly i wouldn’t know if i hadn’t been a fan of this franchise for about a decade and a half (animagi don’t choose their forms, pandora lovegood died in a spell creation incident, the barry crouch jr bit, etc.), it’s a really good iceberg and you clearly have a lot of passion for what you do. would love to see more like this!
Thanks for watching and for the kind words, I appreciate it!
i was also correcting him in my head when he said animagi choose their forms and Pandora dying from a magical beast incident. but i do appreciate the attempt to collect so much information from the HP universe.
Trying my best!
Great comment
Thanks for watching!
Keep at it bro. It takes time but youll get there. All i can suggest is maybe covering an iceberg that hasn't been covered yet 👍
Appreciate it! Just getting started!
I’d love to hit more fandoms, planning on a Gamow of thrones one soon!
Albus=white Sirius=black Rubeus=red all three make the philosopher stone all three are Harry’s main role models
i feel like if love is a mechanic in their world that can solve many unexplainable issues then it works as long as its consistent and doesnt occur with fake love or a love that isnt deep enough.
Yeah, also how far does that love protection go? What “uses up” that protection?
the story would indicate that it protects harry in perpetuity from voldemort. just one of those things that doesn't really make sense and kind of destroys a lot of the tension and seriousness of the world if you think about it too critically. sirius black died protecting harry as well, did that provide harry protection from Bellatrix Lestrange? logically it would if we were to follow the rules laid down. mad eye moody also died to protect him. many questions arise. or is it only a mother's love? who knows@@VaultLore
That would give someone like a cult leader immortality, if their followers sacrificed themselves for the leader…
Wow! Way more knowledgeable than me!
I appreciate the feedback, it think my latest scripts have gotten much better, and I’ve got a new HP vid in the works that I think you’ll like! :)
“Layer of complexity”
thats because its written by ai
The name Brian has been around since the 11th century and is the name of an Irish king. Make of that what you will.
The fact that Harry Ron and Hermione did not become animagi is weird
Great job on this video definitely deserves more subs and views
Thank you! Thanks for watching 😁
I guess it's not great that I can recognize scripts written by ChatGPT. 😂Good video though.
Check out some of the newer videos :) thanks for watching!
really cool seeing how this blown up the last 2 weeks. Great video, hope this is the start of something special for you sir!
Thanks so much! Hoping it continues! Thanks for the support!
What you said about wand lore makes you got to wonder, if Harry didn’t have the piece of Voldemort’s soul inside him, would he still have been accepted by that same wand or a different one since he wouldn’t have had the piece of the owner of the wand’s sibling?
🤔 I bet it would have been a different ons
@@VaultLore I wouldn’t be surprised by that.
Good thing I just made a second vid that I think is even better! :) thanks for watching!
@@VaultLore I'm heading over to that one next! These are the perfect accompaniment to doing chores!
0:40 - Tier 1
11:38 - Tier 2
22:46 - Tier 3
29:55 - Tier 4
36:47 - Tier 5
44:03 - Tier 6
51:41 - Tier 7
Other than a few small mistakes, this was really good. Very detailed and each layer was put together nicely. Watching youre christmas video now.
Thanks so much! Very new to this, so always trying to improve!
The prophecy misinterpretation could also mean that while Voldemort assumed it applied to Harry, Neville also fit the criteria and he destroyed the last horcrux
one of the things about thestrals is, why didn't harry see them right away? his mother was murdered in front of him as a child. also, they'd be more of a well known phenomenon amongst the school children. rowling portrays it as if almost no one knows about them or can see them other than luna and harry, but people are not that unfamiliar with death. there'd be plenty of students that could see them. people certainly wouldn't think harry is crazy for seeing them
Yeah, it’s a school of thousands of kids, there must be many that can see them. Also I’d expect almost every adult to be able to see them, right?
exactly. there would be no doubt about what's pulling the carriages. someone with a family like ron's would know about them, as would a know it all like hermione. it would be pretty much common knowledge. it strikes me as something that rowling originally wrote to demonstrate that the world harry was entering was magical "wow the carriages are being pulled magically" and then decided to invent this backstory later on in the later books to use as a device.@@VaultLore
Agreed, she’s done that a lot…
Harry couldn’t see them right away, because he was only one year old as he saw his mother being killed and you have to be capable of understanding the concept of death.
It’s not that deep bro, Rowling’s work has some plot holes, just enjoy the story
To me the Dept of Mysteries is like studying the old ways in the face of new fancy spell craft.
Studying time, love, and death, the most powerful forces even in the magical world.
Good work. I’d suggest searching how many times in the script you used the word “complexity”. Idk if it’s true, but it felt like it was very common
yeah i kept noticing "adds a layer of complexity", kinda distracting and it would be good to vary the language a little
@@neonxvices I don’t think it’s about varying the language. I think it’s a sign that there’s more to say on that specific topic and you should be adding to the script. Something else is going on. What is it. What are the implications. And occasionally.
He also said “relevations” instead of revelations lol
29:16 I really hate to be correcting you, but... the kiss wasn't ordered by his father, but by Fudge. By that time he had already killed his father on the Hogwarts grounds.
This video, is amazing. Deserves so much hype and love.
Well put together.
Thank you!!!
This guy’s way of talking is easy to understand but very clean and precise
Thanks! I’m glad people like my voice!
the funniest part about "the wizrading world outside of Britain" is how insanely tone deaf the allocation of countries to schools is, like putting all of Korea and Japan into one school or having Germany in a school with all balkan countries AND ALL OF RUSSIA lmao
i know that wizards likely don't go too much into the politics and history of muggle stuff in their countries but considering how many children there were in Hogwarts alone raises the question of just how many there must be in those other schools that have students from multiple countries and just how culturally diverse some of them must be, think about it, students from south west Germany go to the same school as students from north east Russia, that's halfway across the world from one another
edit: ok nvm i just checked and apparently Russia has it's own school, still the point stands, people from Lappland share a school with greek students
😂 yes, crazy tone deaf
"There have only been seven animagi this century"
I think the number of non-registered animagi probably far exceeds the number of registered animagi. And probably it's not all that difficult. After all, Peter Pettigrew was nothing special, and how many amazing things could James, Sirius and Remus do in a few years (quidditch captain, Hogwarts map, animagi, etc...)
Great video! I found your channel because of Harry Potter, and would love to see more long form HP videos in the future!
Thanks for watching!
31:10 wasn't there a theory that crookshanks was owned by the Potters?
Made it through the video and i gotta say, dispite a couple discrepancies, this is a really well done video. Great job with narration, and the visual aspect. I love just having the pictures scrolling so you have something to look at, but if youre just listening then youre not missing anything.
Also, i made some other comments that i now realize i should have just made one long one lol, sorry for that. Ill do better next time.
Much love "Jake", ill see you in the next one
Thanks for watching and for all the comments!! I’m by no means an expert, but glad you enjoyed the video!
@VaultVideosYT I really did enjoy it. Working my way through your others now
Yay!
How is it I click on a 10 min video and have to watch 10 ads but then I’ve watched this hr long video and not seen one!!! 😂😂😂 I like it
My understanding but of the meaning of the Deathly Hallows:
*The Elder Wand: It matters not how powerful you are, you cannot fight or overcome Death.
That’s kinda beautiful
this will blow up soon good work
Thanks so much!
Hey man, I found your video last night when I was chilling in bed before sleep as I usually do.. Anyway youtube recommended you to me, and I went down a rabbit hole of your videos and enjoyed it a lot! Anyway, I was shocked to see you didnt have more subscribers but I am very confident when I say that I think youre gonna make it one day. Just keep working hard man, your content is great! 😀
Such a nice comment, I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos! Thanks for watching, I appreciate it!
The ministry of Magic built around the Veil. The Veil has been their wayyyy longer than almost anything magical Harry has witnessed, Pretty sure its older than the hogwarts castle or hallows
Is that true? I’ve never heard that.
that's an interesting theory and makes a lot of sense to me
@VaultVideosYT looked into it just a tad more, the ministry built around the veil.
This is everything I need. Hope you hit that 500 soon. You're one sub closer🤙
I appreciate it! Thanks for watching! :)
I’ll leave my comment just so your video is recommended by the algorithm.
10/10 video
Yay! Thanks for watching!
I always thought it was stupid that pupils thought Luna was strange. They live in a magical world where nearly everything is possible. As soon as she starts talking it's like magic doesn't exist and she's crazy.
Looks like we are early to the iceberg party. Great video. Gotta like, share, and subscribe.
Welcome and thanks for watching!
loved the narration bro, just earned ur self a sub!
Awesome! Welcome!!
love the video! some of the texts sound like they are written by chat gpt tho ^^
😂
Correction: Pandora Lovegood died when experimenting with spell creation, nothing to do with an Erumpent horn, nor magical creatures in general. No idea how you made a mistake like this. :D
Underrated vid man hope u get noticed
Thanks so much!!
Loved the video though, Cant imagine hour long videos are easy to research and make, im subbed

Love the dedication and topic but can‘t help but hear the chat gpt
I think you’ll like the more recent videos more ;)
High quality vid man
Thank you! Thanks for watching!
The process of a horcrux is not irreversible, it can be undone. You have to truly feel remorse for your actions
I always wondered if the veil existed before the ministry was built and the ministry might have been built around it to safeguard and study it.
what happens if i am under the influence of imperio and i have to commit murder with avada kedavra, do i split my soul? or the one who spoke imperio of me, does he split his soul?
Brian is also a noble, royal name. One of the most celebrated Kings of Ireland.
keep up the good work! very well done and researched video :)
Thanks so much! Have to get back on the grind!
Came here for Harry Potter and stayed here for the voice and the well put together video.
So kind, thanks for watching!
10:25 (i’m under the assumption you’re talking about the greater HP-universe rather than just the HP series. don’t forget Ilvermony! mentioned in the second movie of fantastic beasts, we find out that is the name of America’s School, which Queenie says”It’s only THE best wizarding school in the world. “ To which Newt defends the GOAT and says It’ll actually be Hogwarts, not that we know anything about Ilvermony, but we do know it didn’t create Albus, Tom Riddle, nor james and Harry Potter! can’t forget Newt!!
Subscribed! I know you have a theme going, but I hope you make another hp video!
I’ll try!
Keep uploading g. Your content is good. Good channels usually blow up with verrrrry non linear growth.
Here’s hoping! Working on another video!
Seen the video awake. Now putting it on to go to sleep. My man
Cheers! Thanks for the double watch 🤣
very well put together video despite a few mistakes.
Yeah!
i always thought of it with grindelwald being the elder wand, voldemort being the resurrection stone and harry as the cloak, just cus of their personal connections to each of those hallows and how each of their hallows either end up going directly from dumbledore to them or vice versa.
e.g. dumbledore got the elder wand from grindelwald, dumbledore got the resurrection stone from the riddle estate when voldemort hid it there, and dumbledore was the one who gave harry the cloak on christmas
Could be!
The sword would be representing the wand as it absorbs the power it comes in contact with
The device would be the stone, "resurrecting" light, even the voice of loved ones and ultimately bringing ron back himself
The book would be the cloak, being itself a disguise where secrets could be passed on without noticing
Thinking is trought, the "gifts" arent that much related to the actually deatlhy hallows but it may be a hint that the three brothers are parallel to the trio.
This is an beyond excellent video and explanation. I really really enjoyed listening to it as I sit here crocheting keep up the great work. I’m going to subscribe now.
Sounds like a perfect way to listen! Thanks for tuning in :)
Saw you were about to hit 200 subs, so I subbed! Your videos seem well put-together, and you’re easy to listen to. Good stuff!
Thanks for tuning in!
Firstly I love that you name she who must not be named.lol also I'm wondering why you pronounce certain words like the other wizarding schools much differently than literally everyone else. Great video
I tried! But recording a video for an hour gets pretty tiring on my voice, also there are a lot of words that come from different regions, so I just end up reading them in the way that I remember reading them as a kid. Hard to break old habits! Thanks for watching!
@@VaultLore ok that makes sense. I thought people break it into smaller segments and edit them into one video. Doing the whole thing in one go is really impressive. Can't wait for more content!
I probably should break it up more, but it’s what fits best in my schedule 😂.
Can I ask, are you here for Harry Potter specifically? Or other fiction lore, or just iceberg videos in general?
Not just Harry potter. Although I am a huge fan
Good to know! I like HP, but don’t think I can make a ton of videos about it..
I like the video, but i wouldn't tjink this is an Iceberg, since a lot of this is revealed in the books.
Also the fact that you describe the *Theroy* of a magical world outside of Britain and i find that annoying, since it's been confirmed since GoF.
I know this is nitpicking but, i find it annoying still the same
Sorry you find it annoying, you’re free to watch other videos, no hate.
Great video. This was very enjoyable. 👍
Thanks for watching!
91 sub remember me when you have 100k subs in a few year’s super well put together videos and your voice overall amazing
Ahh thanks so much! Fingers crossed! Thanks for watching!!
If you don’t mind, are you here for the Harry Potter or for long form lore videos in general?
I am a Harry Potter fan I don’t love long for videos I break them up into many days for when I get bord as a new UA-cam having long video will be very hard compare to 8-10 min videos could be the same thing in many parts just easier to watch 8-10 min videos
Fair, thanks for watching!

woah such a good video 😭 didn’t expect that it had less than 50k views whuttt happy new yr
Thank you so much! Maybe we’ll get there! Happy new year!

Thank you!!!
My question is about the movie at the beginining only Harry and Luna could see the thestrials but towards the end they all could see them when they flew them to the department of ministries but nobody got killed in front of the others in the movie so why couldnt they see them at the beginining.
Good q, working on a plothole video right now!
In the books they can't all see them. The people who can have to help the others on and Ron specifically says how weird it is to be sitting on them and not be able to see them.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Crookshanks is a Kneazle right?
I read a comment saying they thought this video had thousands of views and I couldn’t agree more! Walking into this (not just off the topic) I thought this video was sooo well put together and well researched. Lucky to be one of the first subscribe to a future great UA-camr 🎉
Thank you so much! This all blew up in the last 3 days so it’s been pretty awesome! Thanks for watching and subscribing!

One thing tho, bc jr was sentenced to the dementor kiss in haste by fudge Im pretty sure, crouch senior was already dust
