Buying used is always an option but people are crazy with pricing. They try to sell used cards for more than what a new card costs. They won't budge on the price either. They somehow think their card is magical and worth more than a brand new card.

I respect your rig and like your picks. I am in the air about the case and love the fish tank look. I am going with the ASUS TUF Gaming GT302 ARGB ATX Mid-Tower Case because of airflow over looks. I know the fish tank with the fans below the GPU helps a lot but a straight passthrough of air from front to back is hard to beat (all be it, minimum). I'm no expert but future proofing the graphics card is super important. Yes I know money is an object, but buying 6600 XT is not the way to go. Especially if you're looking to do more with your PC than just game. When it comes to AI & Machine Learning Gaming PCs are top notch but lower end AMD Cards are NOT a good idea. Even for "budget" builds you want to spend enough to get AMD Cards with RDNA 3 that support ROCm software, so you can host all your AI Locally. Of course Nvidia is a slightly better option if you can afford them at whatever level your budget allows. What I'm really saying is don't cheap out on purpose because of lack of planning.

For me where I am the 4070ti super and 7900xtx are the same price at that point it doesn’t make sense for me to get the 4070ti super and will be getting a 7900xtx. Great video
I have a question. I've been looking into getting a gaming laptop, but i was advised not that they won't last as long as a pc. I dont really have the space for a full pc set up as my room isn't that bad. My question being should i just go with the laptops are they worth buying? Honestly, i have a ps5 so i play most of my big name games on that the only games i would be playing on a laptop would be modded minecraft and maybe a few small games.
Can you build me the best possible gaming PC for £2k? I have absolutely no idea where to start. I do know that I prefer good visuals, so say 4k HDR at 60fps over 1080p at 120 fps. I am a console gamer so am completely clueless! I understand I’ll have to buy a nice oled monitor too but I think I can work that out just about haha
So can you order from US (newegg) paying US prices and have it shipped to UK or is your $2200 rig suddenly going to shoot up in price. Cause you know, ripoff britain?
What are the NVIDIA benefits you keep referring to? All benchmarks I’m seeing currently have AMD outperforming NVIDIA and they’re cheaper. What is special about them? What will I be missing if I buy AMD?
Ive been watching videos everywhere and this still all turns into a blur after a while and I am still lost. There has to be some kind of simple way to explain this stuff.
Dont forget, you can do much more on a PC than a console. Video Editing, Easier Streaming, more free tools/games and less subscriptions, no need to pay to play all your games online, customization, choice of controller of m&kb, way more mods for PC, and you can play old games that arent even for sale anymore........PC is the best choice WITHOUT a doubt, and also defeats the purpose of owning multiple boxes costing you more than just getting a PC to begin with!
Yea... and the entire ps3 library for free, xbox library for free, psp for free, all of Nintendo is free, movies are free. All with 2 or 3 clicks because God bless piracy. But, people are still gonna argue with you and me "no the ps5 is the best' like... the ps5 had less features than the ps4, and the ps4 had less than the ps3! They get worse with every step
im not pc centric but you should probably wait beacuse they might release a 50 card that you really like or if you are going to buy used which is a good option then the used card prices will drop since people will sell their cards to buy a 50 series
Hi, I have a question for the community: I'm looking to upgrade my GPU. I have 6800xt currently (works great, no complaints). Though I would like to upgrade to 7900xt. Would this be a good time to upgrade? or would it be better too wait?
Hey Perfectly Cool Centric I have a Q I was going to make my pc similar to your personal rig -just not in white as white is more expensive (which makes no sense as it looks cheaper ) So my Q there are no founders edition 4090’s anywhere which 4090 can you recommend from a similar price range that would work just as good ?
I'm thinking of upgrading from a Asus 3060ti dual to a 4070 oc dual. I have a I512400f. Will I need to upgrade my processor or would these work well together? I'm struggling to see if this one upgrade is worth it or if I should look at upgrading my whole setup
The 12400 will not bottleneck the 4070. I believe the limit is the 4070 ti. So yeah you’re fine there. But honestly, I don’t upgrade gpu’s until I’m seeing at least a 50% uplift in performance and the 4070 is a 43% uplift. Depending on the pricing, I would say the 4070 super is where I’d look at. It’s a 66% increase, and still won’t be bottlenecked by your cpu.
@@clw22580ai upscaling and interpolated frames are very important features since they give you way more fps at very little of a fidelity cost but amd cards can also do that just not quite as well as nvidia cards also rt is very nice if you can run it in games where a cinematic experience is better than super high frames
So I want to upgrade my gaming pcs processor from an Intel core i5-13400F to an 14th Gen intel Core i7-14700F processor. So while I'm at it I want to upgrade my motherboard aswell. So just wondering has anyone any recommendations for a decently priced motherboard to go with or that is compatible with a intel i7-14700F processor. It's a prebuild msi gaming pc and most of the components are msi brands, so if possible I would like to install an msi branded motherboard, but that's not set in stone. I'm fairly new to gaming pc upgrading, so any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

For me where I am the 4070ti super and 7900xtx are the same price at that point it doesn’t make sense for me to get the 4070ti super and will be getting a 7900xtx. Great video
Big up the PC Centric
Could you put time Stamps for each section?
Tnx for making this video. What kind of build should I have to stream on Twitch (Elden Ring for example) right now? (budget around 2-3k) 🤔
Do you prefer SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 7900 XT 20GB GDDR6 or Nvidia 4070 super TI when built with ryzen 7800 X3D cpu for a build
That's my rig just built in black and i went Deep cool iv air cooler but rest of the parts virtually the same :)
Hi all,
Best CPU for gaming and streaming?
Thanks.
i feel like august shouldn’t be in the title considering that midrange-high end could use the 9000 series cpus
I have a question. I've been looking into getting a gaming laptop, but i was advised not that they won't last as long as a pc. I dont really have the space for a full pc set up as my room isn't that bad. My question being should i just go with the laptops are they worth
buying?
Once the 50 series comes out can we get a upgrade guide for someone that has 30 series and 13th gen
50 series will be almost 10 months from now and that’s not even for 3rd party gpu
Why do soo many people have a high end gaming pc but they just play fortnite and roblox on it, all that power and performance just wasted...
You never know when a new AAA game is gonna interest you, Nice to have the power when it does
I just built a i9/4090 rig for playing RuneScape and Destiny 2 😂
Because they can
Same reason why people buy fast cars but drive them slow 🤷🏻♂️
The real answer is because they can
What are the NVIDIA benefits you keep referring to? All benchmarks I’m seeing currently have AMD outperforming NVIDIA and they’re cheaper. What is special about them? What will I be missing if I buy AMD?
Ive been watching videos everywhere and this still all turns into a blur after a while and I am still lost. There has to be some kind of simple way to explain this stuff.
Changing currency and country for each build is the single most unhelpful thing you possibly could have done in this video.
Did anyone else notice the coca cola
I’m a billionaire and I want the wildest beast of PC. More everything. What to get ????
Hello PC Centric. Should I buy my first gaming rig now or wait until the 5080 releases? What do you think?
im not pc centric but you should probably wait beacuse they might release a 50 card that you really like or if you are going to buy used which is a good option then the used card prices will drop since people will sell their cards to buy a 50 series
@@jinx8624 Good points, any idea on a release date?
10:57 absolutely 😂 especially me as an indian 😂😂
Pc Centric, wouldn’t the Arctic Liquid Freezer III be a better option for the high-end build since you want it to be as cool as possible?
Can anyone recommend the best place to get pre-builds from??? Looking for a pc around £1000.
Lmfao $2300 for a 4070ti super you can EASILY build a 7800x3d 7900xtx build and save 400-500 $$$$$
AMD cards are more appealing rn. I keep telling all my friends to stop buying nvidia. Over priced.
@@mr.niceguy2337nvidia cards are better supported and more reliable but amd is far better when it comes to raw fps/$
Tru just built 7800x3d with a a gigabyte b650 ax ice board 16 gb card for just under 1800 quid obv it had memory case psu etc so full base build
For 200 bucks is the gtx titan xp a good graphics card to buy

Hi, I have a question for the community:
I'm looking to upgrade my GPU.
I have 6800xt currently (works great, no complaints).
Though I would like to upgrade to 7900xt.
Would this be a good time to upgrade? or would it be better too wait?
Wait until the next gpu of amd comes out
glad you weren't flashing bios..
is the i5 13600k paired with the radeon rx 6800 ok? or will that bottleneck?
Do you think that the I9-14900kf and the 4080 super are good combination and if so what else should I put it with motherboard and stuff wise
UPS????
Hey Perfectly Cool Centric I have a Q I was going to make my pc similar to your personal rig -just not in white as white is more expensive (which makes no sense as it looks cheaper ) So my Q there are no founders edition 4090’s anywhere which 4090 can you recommend from a similar price range that would work just as good ?
should i buy and build my pc now ir should i wait for price drops and when are they?
Which keyboard are you using bro?
I need these...
Why not pay roughly $200 more to get a 4080 super? SInce you are already saving up that much money anyway...
@@Bballfan1992thanks for replying. I've been researching too and came to the same conclusion. Time to save for a 4070 super :)
Should I wait for the new GPUs or should I just Buy the 7900xtx
XTX unless you care about fake frames or killing fps for shiny puddles then wait and see
@@clw22580 thanks!
@@clw22580ai upscaling and interpolated frames are very important features since they give you way more fps at very little of a fidelity cost
but amd cards can also do that just not quite as well as nvidia cards
also rt is very nice if you can run it in games where a cinematic experience is better than super high frames
I will be running an msi Rtx 4070ti super 16GB Ventus 2XOC graphics card, and 32GB 5600 (2×16GB)) DDR5 ram and a 750w msi psu. I'm fairly new to gaming pc upgrading, so any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Do you have console setup with pc… like what’s your setup
Day 5 of asking PC Centric for a Graphics card better than a GTX 1080Ti that I have in my potato very average PC!?!?!
are lian li galahad cooler and fans any good ? I heard a lot of people having problems with the fans, notably the noise, and the same with the cooler that make a terrible noise ?
I have a 4070 Ti (no super) and a 4K Oled. Can my card even get 4K?
Voice audio disappears at a very specific moments
Question if I don’t need to upgrade
My bios should I do it anyways I’m so 50/50
did anyone test the budget rig to see if it works?
why did you remove what you were saying about the 4070 gpu?
Do you by any chance, how a website platform that will allow to download FREE games like Call of Duty?

Ain’t no way he actually recommended a 4060
dude he recommended a 4070ti super build for $2300, you can have a 4080 super build for $2100 and I didn't even cut corners.

SEAGATE?!?!? and friggin WESTERN DIGITAL?!?!?! damn, what the absolute fuck happened to Samsung? When I built my last PC 5-6 years ago you LITERALLY couldn't buy a better nvme drive than the samsung. I guess on my new build I have to throw everything I used to know out the window.
shout out to karl!
