I'm watching Downton Abbey again this year, and there is nothing "kind" about Sarah Bunting's character, sorry. She doesn't come across as having a heart either. I don't think that she was well liked by the viewers much. She was helpful with Daisy, that's correct - but it seemed that it was more to do based on her values and political beliefs than her good heart.
