I got excited and thought this was Speech to text. Would've saved us so much time with subtiles but this is really awesome feature. We need Speech to text next.
Maybe try recording in mono instead of stereo!! I noticed the video vocals are in stereo for his voice and mono for three text to speech
Windows 10 has text to speech and speech to text, built in, as a matter of fact I'm speaking to it right now. Not bad huh. Maybe you should try it as a work around to Vegas instead of that subscription they make you pay for.

Nope you can get a perpetual license for it. But there are a few features that are for 365 users only since they used license-able products.

Awesome feature Text to Speech and translate options. Just got Vegas 19. Was considering Talkia or Speecholo, but I did not buy them.

hello! in the vegas web, they say that text to spech is one of the 365 subscription benefits. is this feature not available anymore for a normal purchase license? thanks!

Understandable. Features that cost VEGAS monthly to have require the user to have the 365 version.
I use Davinci Resolve and Vegas, but Vegas becoming a Copy of Resolve.... Isn't there any Copyright on Design Interface?

Not worth the ongoing subscription rate.. the voices are OK, but still sound more robotic due to the lack of inflection and emotion.
