Belated Happy Birthday Pook! We loved the video especially because my wife took me there with her office colleagues (about 2005). It was nice at the time, but we can see that it has been refurbished since then! Coincidentally we sat in the same balcony area, we will have to revisit next time we are in Udonthani😂

Never did like the fasting route but intermittent fasting with exercise with a decent diet did wonders for my body & mind. I went from two meals to one meal a day before coming to Thailand. Now living in beautiful Thailand I eat sometimes twice a day (not a law) & feel great. Eventually I’m looking into doc berg keto diet. Thank you for another view of Thailand with your videos.❤
