Watching the reimagined video always brings tears. Great idea to show the difference between them side by side. Ronnie as an angry kid bucking the system and now as a man that reality has shown him the sadder and more frustrating side of life. I could tell how much this moved you, too. Love genuine reactions. ❤

They were really like that. He's said that he wanted to bring back the 80's hair band style and specifically mentioned Motley Crue, lol. And though this one didn't, other songs on the album had screams and growls so the sound back then was a good mix of kind of poppy rock and some harder stuff.

Reimagined - Also the power of his voice...he can sing so loud and powerful like an opera singer, then suddenly add that 'distortion', with just as much power. He also plays the guitar solo but on the piano..this song is so heavy. "Right from the soul.." yesss

He did this and then did the remake of I Am Not a Vampire - Revamped then Last Resort later after Watch the World Burn. Not sure if anyone has said this but ronnie started the band from prison he served 2 years , why you see court rooms in some videos, he has been through a lot and so happy he is finally getting recognized for his powerful talent and the band members, seeing him in concert was amazing I love him .
I did read about the bands beginnings and why Ronnie was locked up. What's interesting is that if you peruse my channel you'll find an assortment of artist that have overcome personal hardships and health issues/ mental health issues and have risen above them. It bleeds out into their art like Ronnies does. When you express right from the soul, amazing beautiful things happen. So happy to have discovered FIR and Ronnie!🤘❤️🤘

That's why I love Ren, ronnie , they have real life altering issues and they use music , when I was in icu for 16 days from a DD hitting me , I always had my music going therapy for the soul and mind i have ptsd and deep depression why i love reaction videos. I'm so happy so many more independent artists are taken over . Thanks for the reply again. Sorry for the repeat post, I'm enjoying your channel, and I love it when I see a new post up! I always love watching both this and I'm not a vampire the original and the revamped because you can tell how much Ronnie grew not only musically but personally. I watched a video of him saying that after he had his daughter, it really shed a new light for him, and he had a new respect for women.
I agree about the growth and evolution. My wife and I were just saying how he might be messed up toward women because his mother leaving him but now with a daughter he likely, will have a different attitude. People change which is his message in Zombified. Your thoughts, opinions and attitude may have changed from 10- 20 years ago. BTW his daughter is adorable! Thanks for watching!🤘❤️🤘

Awesome to see you appreciate the reimagined version like me you we're probably into band's like Metallica Megadeth slayer testament maiden priest etc but as you get older your tastes evolve just like the music still loving the roots and appreciating the multi genre's now.

I enjoyed this so much. I had a really rough day and needed a good cry. Which isn't something I tend to do very often. But then watching your reaction when the band kicked in made me laugh and smile. That song always moves me, the lyrics remind me of my struggles with addiction and I believe that is partially what he is speaking on since he has/does fight that same demon as well. The first dozen times I watched this video I bawled like baby while having continuous shivers. You are right about how you can just feel the desperation and pain ripping through him. Hauntingly beautiful and torturous all at once. I can't wait to see your reactions for I'm not a Vampire/Revamped. I hope you stick to this format for those two videos as well. Oh and in case no one has answered your question. Yes, that was their look at that time. 11 or 12 years ago I believe. You hit the nail on the head with the Motley Crue reference as that was the style he was going for exactly. Keep on Rockin!! 🤘💀🤘
