Just bought my first del sol I have a b18 5 speed non vtec what are some good mods too get extra boost I have an intake dc headers and that pretty much it just started getting in too cars
You most likely could but I believe to use that button you would technically need to take that button apart and re wire it into one of the available inputs on the s300.
@@boost_edjamesmathew2168 id say you probably wouldn’t. It’s going to depend on what you have your 2 step rpm set at now. For example my car for 2step at the track it’s set at about 8200rpm 400-500 fuel and -40 on timing. For my rolling I have it set much softer at about 4500rpm with about 150 for fuel and -10 to -15 on the timing. You’ll need to test and see what works at the rpm you want to be at for optimal start speed.
i did exactly your steps, I only got to use it twice.. but it stopped working even if I jump the service connector with a pin. Gauge and bulb are fine any ideas what it can be also checked fuses.
If the cel light is coming on when you jump the connector that means that the tune file isn’t set up to activate the launch control. Go to the launch control drop down, select the SCS, save the file, then re upload to ecu. That should work.
I usually find them at the junk yard. Usually behind door panels on Honda accords or civics etc. I think there is a Honda “tool” I can try and look up a part number for you
In order for me To use the Service connector switch as A Antilag. Does it have To Be On ON In the Security Tab on the parameters? SO the car Had Already been tuned By a local Tuner And I believe Has everything On the Security Tab as Unused
Thank you! I had seen write ups in the past requiring the addition of relays and switches etc. I figured why not use an input already pre-wired for us.
Dude, I remember when a GSR in a stripped CX eg hatch felt quick. You toss a K24A (JDM) block with K20A JDM on it. What you think guys right out the gate FBO got to be a 12 second car? My GSR in hatch INatje an exhaust throttle body not even tuned went 14.2 my first QM at about 0 elevation. Aired down an didny use street 2 step [ knew it was a no no anyways] went low 13.8. This EG an that k motor frank Flys. Wtf 😂 ppl toss same thing build turbo , what are you doing with your life dude. Something wrong with you😂 no joke
I’ve been trying to get rolling anti-lag on my turbo integra for so long, this vid is a life saver
Glad I could help!
I always wished somebody would make a video on it, I've seen forum writeups but this was very easy to understand. Thank you!
Yeah that’s one of the reasons why I decided to make a straight to the point video. Glad you liked it!
This is probably the best anti boost installation and explained on UA-cam.
Finally a good video👍 I’ve been looking for someone to show a detailed how too
Thanks man appreciate the time you took to help us do this set up. 🙏
Very informative video bro just made my anti lag harness just have to set it up on my hondata
Are the connectors sold anywhere? I cannot find them. Any other way to wire to scs?
do you know what pin at the ecu this is? i have a crx and dont think i have the service connector port
Sounds clean 🔥😍 best del sol out there
Thanks !
Thanks for sharing the information! That is a sick idea that I am going to use!!
Thanks man for sharing this!
Whats your setup? im on a built z6 tuned , ebay kit making a lil under 350 i would try the launch settings u got but is it safe for most setups ..?

Does 5his effect launch control from a dead stop (2 step) or does it have its own drop down for rolling
So basically you only have one setting for two step. In this video you’re basically just using that setting to activate it while already rolling.
Great content
Can it be setup on an ef with the cruise control button on the steering wheel yes I have S300 v3 and it makes 376whp
You most likely could but I believe to use that button you would technically need to take that button apart and re wire it into one of the available inputs on the s300.
@@tafuentes I was thinking the same thing just chase the wires for it and rum em on an available ecu input thanks bro👍
@@tafuentes Also I forgot to ask would I just be able to transfer my 2 step settings for the anti lag thanks for all the advice bro👍

@@tafuentes Thanks
do you have to do any engine part upgrades on the car or is it no problem having it stock?
Should be fine stock. I ran a very aggressive launch setup on my stock b16 and b18c for a long time. Definitely use at your own risk ⚠️
Nice video 👍🏻

@@tafuentes so basically put it back to normal on the s300? I pm you on IG bro
Have you fixed ? I was able to do this aslo a few times but the switch stopped working on me thought it was wiring and everything checked out ..
Did you guys Ever Fix it?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Does it need to be a normally open switch?
Shouldn’t matter. You can invert the input if it’s normally closed.
Where did you get the oem connector
I usually find them at the junk yard. Usually behind door panels on Honda accords or civics etc. I think there is a Honda “tool” I can try and look up a part number for you
you can get an ABS plug, they are the same
What years of the cars to find it?
@@tafuentesdid you ever find the part number?
I wish I could use the cruise switch...I guess you could mount it at top of dead pedal, that would be cool,
foot-operated
You can actually
Do you have to save The file And Then Upload For it to work
No it shouldn’t need to be saved prior to uploading. But it wouldn’t hurt to try and save a file as a different name and try to flash the file.

What happens if your over 5000rpm & you try to activate it?
Logic you will fall back to the start up launch
great vid, thank you
Everything I hit the the button hondata yells at me about secondary and primary maps. Everything I have secondary maps turned off
Good info.
🔥
this is the easiest I have seen this install...!!!
