Homemade Ketchup

Homemade ketchup is so good!
Ingredients:
5 quarts cut tomatoes
1.5 cups cut onion
2 cloves garlic
1 t s salt (or more to taste)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 ts powdered cloves (or 1 ts whole cloves)
1 ts ground cinnamon (or 3 small cinnamon sticks)
1 or 2 ts dry mustard powder
1 or 2 ts paprika
cayenne pepper optimal to taste
2 cups apple cider vinegar
