nice... I have seen others put the sealant on the backs of the 2 fasteners that you put in the window frame on the door.. Are you using double sided tape? Or would an extra dab of sealant on those 2 push in fasteners work just as well? it is apparent that you the one at the bottom edge that you had fastened onto the window glass part was made in a way to press in assemble and hold to both the window glass and the frame when inserted.. the other 2 clips are the ones that I am concerned about. I guess that this is the way you get everything to line up without a problem if you were to caulk all the clips in place on the window glass first.
I just used 2 sided 3m tape. Weather proof. To be honest, I just lined the clips up with the spot that I took them off of because there was a dirt mark where they were and I just stuck them to it. I think the 3m tape just holds the glass while it drys. Then when its all dried, its in place and will hold. I had to do both sides on my car. Years apart of course. Both sides came out really good and don't leak.
