- Take a look at this trailer for Warhammer 40k: Speed Freeks that was revealed at the Warhammer Skulls 2024 event.
In the 41st Millennium, a kult of speed-obsessed Orks have emerged to gather an immense Speedwaaagh!
These ‘Speed Freeks’ are addicted to high-speed combat with the fastest, shootiest, pulse-pounding, brain-rattling, combination of dakka andrecklessness, they bring their supercharged mob of buggies and tanks into the Speedwaaagh! Hell-bent on gunning down their rivals and trashing everything in their path, these Orks race through battle attempting to prove themselves as “da fastest Orks in all da galaxy”. - Ігри

Even the mechanius sequel lets you play as necrons makes you wonder if they will do fire warrior 2 with how well bolt gun was received

It's why they're my favorite faction in 40k.
Just like everyone else, the Orks live twisted, violent lives beset by eternal conflict.
But they LIKE it that way. For them the grim, dark age is a veritable paradise.
Is what everyone loves about orks, they are having a blast.
Ogryns also have fun krumping for stickers and/or rations, but are more friendlier because the luv their sah. 😊

I'm just imagining a huge battle between a bunch of Ork vehicles, and then along the edges of the arena is a purple Ork vehicles just putting away at 5 miles an hour, completely unnoticed, it's driver and passengers all constantly shushing each other.

The Shockjumppa Dragstar uses the warp to become invisible for a few seconds. When it does the effect is purple.

The game GorkaMorka, developed in 2000 and closed in 2001, will still reach our computers, only with a different name! I remember playing her demo in 2001. Игра GorkaMorka разрабатываемая в 2000 году и закрытая в 2001 всё таки доберётся до наших компьютеров, только с другим названием! Помню как играл в её демо в 2001 году.

I love how minor things such as physics holds absolutely no weight when it comes to the Orks.

We asked for a 40K game that didn't star a human faction, and we finally got one (Fire Warrior doesn't count).
It's the last one I ever would have seen coming, but frankly, I'm hyped.

I'm pretty sure they will add the Grot vehicles (grot tank, Cutta, and Big Lugga) since they already add the Grot Mega tanks.
The alpha was really fun so hope with the full release it has lots more content to want to keep playing

I've been waiting for the beta. looks like that stompa walk cycle needs a bit of work before the final release to sell the weight. If anyone from the dev team is reading, please give a look to the animation of Pacific Rim to see how they sell the weight of their mechs as they lumber around.

This is as close as we can get to Twisted Metal, and I like it.
The last beta test was cool, but the balance was WAY off with some vehicles being able to 1-2 shot other tankier ones. I assume that's been worked on, but hopefully they're adding more modes as well.
Nearly half as shocking and transgressive as Carmageddon!
