Or else we would have to start getting into the nit and gritty of even accounting for space marines (each one is close to half a ton! so 10 would be 5 tons, but if you were to account for them in terminator armour, each terminator marine weighs 1500 pounds, etc, not including weight of weapons which for astartes actually matter, heavy bolters with ammo and pack likely weighs I would assume around 100-200 lbs, I have no idea of the weight of a lascannon, but lascannons would weigh a bit. A rhino could choose to bring 10 scouts, or 10 tactical armoured, 8 total devastator marines, increasing the weight by up to 10 tons, making it far "heavier" than the exorcist tank could match fully loaded, even though we full well know the exorcist tank is heavier.

The manta is way too small. Tabletop mantas irl themselves can store 6 tau devilfish models inside them as well as 40 fire warriors. Even as a mini they’re massive

The scale is off on some of these. Remember that for every space marine vehicle, fully armored space marines are supposed to fit through every hatch. There is simply no possible way for the space marines you put next to, say, the Vindicator or Repulsor Executioner could fit through any of those hatches. It looks like you were using the miniatures to figure out the scale, which is a bad idea since they have never been scaled properly either.

You said that the Gladiator was a Valiant varient, but that should have a twin las talon instead of a twin heavy onslaught gatling cannon on the turret.
Issue here is that these are based on tabletop minis that have the scale off the bigger the stuff gets. Take the Rhino that should be able to house Driver, optionally Gunner and squad of 10 Astartes this on top of an actual power source, armor plating, storage and drive mechanisms (track wheel suspension, etc), you can see the scale here being way off if you would consider any "irl" scaling.

The book Baneblade (Novel) goes into detail on how these super heavy tanks are produced, how they work and whats inside of them. And all the different levels and compartments and crew stations. And shows what type of people the tank crew are and how they operate. How they only take the best and how its such a big honor to be in a super heavy. Great story too.

The book Baneblade (Novel) goes into detail on how these super heavy tanks are produced, how they work and whats inside of them. And all the different levels and compartments and crew stations. And shows what type of people the tank crew are and how they operate. How they only take the best and how its such a big honor to be in a super heavy. Great story too.
