THANK YOU for showing modified, I’ve been out of work for almost 8 months and it’s so hard to move now, no one is showing steps on how to get to that point where maneuvering is possible and not excruciating

So I’m assume to make it easier, you to sit on something. And just lower it over time ? As my hips and legs are so bad i just fall backwards
