Try reloading your Adobe Animate.

@@Rankydoodle Make sure the asset that you want to deform is not a symbol. Select Break apart from the Modify menu if your asset is a symbol.

Why does it lose resolution? I noticed that applying this tool on a png or jpg image, it makes the drawing looks blurry.

does the images is saved? or you just copy and paste it?

@@minute-ai I exported first as PNG and then imported the PNG into the animate. I apply that tool, for me the PNG Image becomes blurry when this tool is applied.
