Not only will I show you the basics of how create an asset with the Asset Warp Tool, but I'll also go over how to warp Shapes, Brush Designs, Text, Symbols, PNG Images, and Complex Designs (single layer/Multi-Layer/Merged Layers). Thanks for the video. Would you have any idea why when i use the asset warp tool, the mesh spills out onto the rest of the stage and not within the confines of my illustrated character? I can't find any articles about it and of course, Adobe offers to support...

Yeah, I'm moving all of my animation videos to this channel instead (my other channel has too much variety of topics on it already). Hello. I've a question about puppet tool aplication, because when apply it my image has a downgrad in your quality. I dont know why this happens. Basically the tool transform my vetor image into pixel image
good tutorial, just confused why you didnt use f6 to create keyframes
I guess it's because I don't tend to use f6 to create keyframes. I learned programs like Premiere, Photoshop, Animate/Flash, etc through trial and error/clicking around before UA-cam/Tutorials became the norm, and for the most part I didn't use keyboard shortcuts for a lot of things...got used to that...and now, I'm a mixed bag...I use them for some things, and not for others. For keyframes, sometimes I even right click and sometimes I click on the "new keyframe" button...why? I don't know...
My wrap tool don't work when i shape import from illustrator. I'm also use break Part option, but don't Work. So, what can i do?

Is there a way to lock down the overall length of an object? I'm casting a fishing pole loop and the pole and arms get a little stretched out toward the end of the animation.
Try using bones in the asset warp properties instead of nodes (i believe that's what it's called). you'll be able to rig and keep the length coonstant in all your frames

Does this feature apply to the 22.1 Adobe animate that uses the warp tool to make bones?
That's a good question, but I haven't tried it yet (as I'm tied to when my school updates adobe usually). Hopefully soon.
Why after using the warp tool if I open again my file the layers warped get all messed up?
Is there a way to parent a layer to a pin?
I've been searching for the same answer and it seems as though you can't. The asset warp is coming across as very restrictive. I'm also having issues getting my vector art to stay as a shape, it keeps rasterizing it as a bmp whenever i add the first pin
The comments further down here just solved my second problem, apparently theres a setting to untick in preferances. Plz let me know if you figure the parenting thing out
whats the command . cant find the symbol
loses the quality and transforms the vector into an image file, is it possible to use the tool by wapping the vector itself, without losing quality?

Its normal, that the picture loose sharpness?
Like for the PNG ones? Yes, I think Animate probably does something to the image to be able to warp it, which impacts sharpness.
If a vector one gets blurry, you can try to go to Edit-Preferences-Drawing and uncheck 'converting vector to bitmap' box.

Go to preferences, drawing and change the blur to vector that is checked
Asset Warp dont work A message appears saying (to use Asset Warp on bitmaps upgrade the gpu driver to a version that supports open GL 3.3 or higher)??
Yes, it is a demanding "tool" in terms of computing power (updated drivers is required). Look up how to update your specific drivers on google.

Why this tool is too heavy and not smoothly work on longer time line, and opening take longer time than graphic elements
