Thanks for showing such a nice technique... I am a district level high jumper with 5ft 6inch record in 1998-99. I don't have any coach that time but I followed cesser technique from left side, you are doing from right side. My wait was 60 that time , currently I m 105 kg and unable to do more then 4ft 🙏😀
