When we went to the good golf school the villages offer's, they asked how many were new golfer's and told them of a rule they have here, that when you get to 3 over par you have to pick up your ball because you had all the Fun that you are allowed to have on one hole. I thought that was the nicest way of saying it.
That is a nice way of saying it. So many people get to play golf for the first time and in their later years. Wonderful.
The house is way too large for me, but I’d buy it anyway for the kitchen and laundry alone. Just lovely. Also, that walk in closet would hold my clothes - mostly. Wow! Thanks, Jana and Cameraman. Did those gentlemen standing so close to the hole make you nervous? I thought that was rude of them. I’m sure it made you feel rushed.
I loved the kitchen too. The whole house is nice. I would love that closet, I would have to buy more clothes to fill it. The guys at golf weren’t bothering me, they are friends of ours so no problems. Thank you for watching Cynthia we appreciate you
House is very big, love the closets, front driveway, yard, pool-and the big rooms. House itself is beautiful just Needs some updating a tad dated for over a million. Cameraman’s fish look pretty good. I never been to Fenny Grill. Restaurants have been crazy busy need to go at 3pm or 7:30 at night.
I wouldn’t say it is dated, I think the furniture, although nice, may not be to everyone’s liking. The restaurants are very busy, always are at this time of year. Cameraman said give the fish a try 🐠
Back from our great trip to UK. Had fish and chips three times in honor of Cameraman. Congratulations on hitting 2K subscribers!

Very nice Lantana. Maybe the first I've seen with actual full sized double ovens like I have. It's downsizing but dare I say not far enough down. I guessed way over again. 😮

Just wondering...what percentage of a home's list price would be considered a "lowball" offer? Is it true homes in The Villages usually sell for 98% of their list price?
It varies with the price of the property. 90% would be a very low offer unless the home was overpriced in the first place. Mostly around 98% would be correct
I hope they chose a different color for the new roof! I'm partial to grey roofs. The current color is my least favorite, and it really sets the tone with how the house can be painted. It would make me not purchase this house.
Sometimes they let the new buyers choose the color of the new roof, all depends on timing
