Cameraman said he is sorry for the huge Blooper that he did on house of the week. He showed one bedroom twice. Not liking to admit anything (and he thinks he’s funny) his response was. It was such a nice bedroom I thought everyone should see it twice. I think Cameraman could have his very own Blooper show by now. 😁
I liked the time YOUR house was the HOTW. I recognized it from the sitting area where you used to go over real estate stats.

Foxtail Coffee looks just like Chip and Joann's Magnolia Market Cafe in Waco Texas. That's why it's so cute. I'm so excited to hear about Costco 🤞🏻if it's going to go somewhere, that is a huge open lot so that makes sense. My husband and I had been curious as to why there was that huge empty lot next to hobby lobby. It is Costco sized.
It’s definitely a great addition and golf cart accessible. Not sure how many Costcos are golf cart friendly
@@tnek6591 well, I can't wait to see a golf cart picking up a big case of toilet paper. I like the models that have the flip down rear facing back seat that makes into a flatbed great for Costco runs.

My son was in Waco over Spring Break (he's a senior at Oklahoma State) and he didn't stop in at Magnolia - Can you imagine?

I'm having a hard time placing where Foxtail is on Buena Vista. I wish TV had opened the lots up for building at the former Hacienda Hills CC, instead of only having the choice to build "down south." We probably would've built a nice home there, given the opportunity. COSTCO WOULD BE AMAZING!!! I don't think I've heard of a "Fern" model, and I know most of the floor plans, with exception of the new ones. Do you find it similar to any other models? I love all of the crown molding, and the fully enclosed lanai. We looked at a house in 2018 that had crown throughout, even in the closets. I love that closet with built ins and organization. Was the HOTW sold vacant, furnish, or turnkey? My stepdaughter's former bedroom is painted in a color very similar to the accent color in the "cathedral ceiling" guest room. We use it as a guest room now that she's married and on her own. Love the additional storage in this garage. Could you find out where they got their kitchen barstools? THEY ARE PERFECTION! Foxtail is actually across from laurel manor recreation center. Near sprouts. Costco is confirmed . Going in next to hobby lobby
