In the last 5 years I’ve purchased 3 brand new vehicles. Point being, if I moved to The Villages I’d probably be moving every 18 months. I see something new, I’m just screwed. However, if I don’t look I don’t buy. Every time I walk into the car dealership I buy a new car. True story. So, I look on Sunday because they are closed. I really like your channel. Jerry and Linda may have some competition.

Is village of Lake Denham a close golf cart ride to the hotspots? Would you suggest doing the Lifestyle tours, rather than booking a Villa in Lake Denham to get the most experience of activities ? We are coming in February for a week. There is a Villa available. Just want to be close to the hub of things.

Hi so happy you found your happy place. When you mentioned designer homes what are they. You described the other 2 types of homes.
Thanks! We will do an update video soon and discuss all of the different home types in more detail. Designer homes are bigger (3 to 4 bedrooms) and no fences.

We have heard great things about that area of TV but have not got a chance to explore for ourselves yet. One of our goals for this channel is to go see, video and share every neighborhood and every recreation center in The Villages. We will try to move that area up on our list to visit and share. Regional Rec Centers have sports pool, Country Clubs have Priority pool (pay extra for), Neighborhood Rec Centers have family pools, Mail stations have adult pools.

Hmmm 🤔 Tough decision. We have found homes we have liked and could be very happy with in every category and price range. It all depends on the lot location.
