Just watching now, the morning of 5/17/24. Will watch the next one after this.
The house of the week would be perfect for me…when I’m ready to move in 3 years! It’s stunning!
You can do it!
You could buy it now and rent it out to snowbirds. Build up that equity ahead of time, while you can.
I think I would have also ordered the same scallop dinner that you did. We had fried green tomatoes at our wedding dinner at The Olde Pink House restaurant in Savannah, GA. They were the "T' in the BLT salad. The first time I had grilled tuna was at my friend's fancy investment firm in Boston. They had a private chef that would cook a staff lunch everyday. Her office was a block over from mine, and it was a treat to visit several times per week. I thought the tuna tasted very much like steak! I've read that Harry's is great on several of TV groups, but I'm a Celebration Town Tavern girl, myself. On our first date, my husband told our waitress that it was our 10 year anniversary, , and she brought us a split of champagne and two flutes. We still have the flutes! HOTW is similar to an Alder style, or any of those models that have "western" sounding names. I've noticed that the VLS usually shows the pool in Photo 2 of their listing, maybe you should consider that? That's what I would do also, as it lets people know right away that it's a pool home. We saw a Lantana with a pool back in Oct of 2020 that was (I think) $398k, and it sold for around $392k. It was in Chatham, and we have dear friends that live the next street over. Still kicking Ted about that one. Off to watch your newest video now! ❣
You are a busy lady
So cute to see you take bite of Cameraman’s food!
lol thankyou
Omg that Tuna needed to be sent back. I would say everyone wants their Tuna well done. Shame about food being to salty I bet that came from the Cajun spices sorta like old bay seasoning. I’m from Maryland and you can order wings with old bay on them, potato chips etc. old bay seasoning is way too salty but awesome on Maryland blue crabs. You all must be newly married? Less than 10 yrs?
Most people eat their Tuna, seared which is very pink, also eaten raw in some countries. Cameraman’s came out medium and he wanted well done. He said that he never sends food back. He worked in a five star hotel when he was a student, having seen what some did with a complainants food he never sends food back no matter where he is (just in case) that’s just what he does, I’m sure most places are just fine.
We aren’t Married, engaged for about six years.
Thank you for another outstanding show!!!
Thank you Steve, we certainly appreciate you watching every week and also taking the time to comment. Thank you
Beautiful Home!
It really is, it’s a friendly neighborhood too.
That's winner for sure, just outta my reach.
That’s a shame it’s a nice house
@@tnek6591 Champagne dreams on a beer budget!
@@beachbum6351 there is nothing wrong with that. We should all have dreams because sometimes they come true
We did Harry’s once. Linda liked it, but not so much for me. I’m not into spicy food. Great video! What do I get for my money is very helpful. When we first bought, our realtor said not to “lowball”, meaning not much below asking. So $20K below asking is normal now, but considered lowball a few years ago.
You are right John. With 475 MLS Homes on the market the competition helps reduce prices. When prices went crazy a couple of years ago, we had 40 on the market. Supply and Demand.
Jana, you didn’t wear a fancy Fascinator. That’s part of the fun. Have you had the pleasure of viewing the home at 721 Sherwood Street? My eyeballs nearly exploded. I’m following that one. I am so surprised at the price of that home. It’s quite nice. Generally, how deep are the pools? I’m guessing 4 to 4.5 feet. If they were 5 feet deep, I’d drown.
Hello Cynthia. I just took a look at the house you mentioned. 👀 👀 👀 The pools are usually 3 feet deep gradually going up to 5 feet
That house is 😲. I wonder if they'd be in trouble if TV saw the wall painted like that.
Is that house of the week sold or not active? It comes up in my realtor app and websites as off the market? What a unique home opportunity.
The owner has been out of the country, he is back now, so it should be on the market today or tomorrow.
Love your restaurant reviews, especially since we're new to the area and love trying out restaurants new to us. I think we're going to skip this one.
It was my favorite for a while. Maybe it was just a bad day when we went. The building itself is really nice. Worth sitting at the bar and having a cocktail and a snack
What is a W bedroom ?
It’s the same as a two bedroom but with an attached typo 😄
