The people who make those videos probably put as many popular characters in the videos as they can so that they can tag all the characters in the video. Sometimes they would throw in a nursery rhyme in the background so that will get tagged too. That way there is a higher chance that their videos will show up in the recommended section when little kids watch videos of their favorite characters or nursery rhymes.

What's more amazing is when I first saw these kids channels popping up in my "recommended" videos I thought they were legit reviews of kids shit, like toys and the like, but I never clicked on it, and now I find out it was basically fetish porn all along, like what the fuck! I guess it stems from when you are a kid, you always want to know until when the situation can escalate, and even when you find that point, you still want to go further. How are these "children" channels not being age restricted or demonetized?
I"m still trying to figure that out. I changed a lot in my youtube channel. I use to curse every now and then in the year 2017, but now in 2018 and going forward, I don't curse. However, I'm concerned about if I'm showing Master Chief the toy having a fight with some other Super Hero character, I might get age restricted.

Besides, being a youtuber and gaining subscribers takes time..... lots of time.
