Making friends with people who are trapped within a jail sentence is hard as they're so fixed within that cell they never see that happiness is now rather than at the end of the tunnel. I just want them to unleash their awesomeness.

If i go from negative $50k income to positive $50k income that year, is that a $50k or $100k proof of income that year because i did make $100k that year however only $50k of it was positive Gross, im 90% sure it will be the full $100k made that year to show for income proof, simply because i physically made $100k that year because the business was negative $50k.

That’s how it was when I started investing in real estate, I was frightened because I didn’t have experience and was afraid of making a mistake. Now that I’ve done it successfully I move forward with so much more certainty. People say “you’re fearless”, that’s not true, it’s just I’ve done it before. Once you do it and it becomes familiar, the fear becomes less.

@@thermant8452 Jason, I think it is, is usually his videographer. If you've ever noticed, when Gary has a good moment with someone, he turns to the camera and gives this look, sometimes winks. That means "Hey Jason, we need to clip this and post this on social media later." Well, after a month with a new team, the clips aren't being gathered or posted. It sounds like the new team is a little afraid to approach him because he has such a presence. They revere him and don't want to be a "bother." And he's like "No, come bother me! I'll go through the clips myself if I'm not busy."
As he also said, it's so much easier to just have Jason do all the clips because he was there when "the signal" was given, though it's a ton of work for one person. At the very least, he'd know where the clips are. Does that make sense?

Making sure to take action while still understanding that this is uncharted territory for you, and being optimistic / not being hard on yourself when/if things end up not working out is the key. My first couple of Instagram accounts were awful, but if it wasn't for those awful ones, I wouldn't have had the success I've had so far ! Being comfortable is the enemy of progression.

You want to know my problem? I'm 28, still living with my Dad at home. I'm happy to be here with him because he needs a lot of help with projects and the house and stuff since he's 74. But. I spent the last 10 years since high school trying to hide and escape the world because I hated myself. I spent the prime of my life hating myself. There's things I should have been doing 10 years ago that if I had been doing them, i would now be pretty fuckin good at and maybe even be able to make money doing them. So now, everything I start feels pointless because I'm just so far behind everyone my age. Maybe that's stupid to think but it kills me. I don't want to hide from the world anymore and I just feel so bad when I think of all the time I wasted; all the time i spent being less happy than I could have been.

you're 28, you're still in the prime of your life. also comparing to other people isn't a fair comparison, you don't know what opportunities your friends were given, me and a friend (friend who comes from a rich family) graduated college together and with the same degree, i had better qualifications, she still got hired on the spot that same day by her family business, it took me 2 months to get a job for what i studied for, i make 79k and she makes 155k. i come from a poor family btw, no connections, no nothing.
