      Hi Team, I can see it's format is pre recorded what does it mean? Is there no Live session or only previous recording?
      Also one thing I have attended this workshop last year it's worth but few things needs improvements specially Put money on the wall where lots of participants given logicalpoints on this I think that part should be improve so that everyone take the benefits fully.

    In today's life it's impossible to go bed in 9pm 😢😢. I complete my dinner just before 9 pm. And slept after 11pm.

      Then make habbit to sleep on 8:30 pm so when husband came to home she can wake up and do the leftover works easily and also she and her husband can have time to spend with him and chance to eat dinner together

      @@SeenaK-bi7js this too is not applicable,, when you have kids... 8:30 pm you have many things else to do rather than sleeping.. and once u wake incase you slept early for the husband at 10:30pm u wont be able to sleep again properly..

      Jagriti if u are doing it daily its good... U can minus 5 minutes if possible... For a week.. consecutively if it suits u u can do it further as well... Dear

      So train your to 1st sleep @ 9am it’ll take some time to get into that routine. It’s a gradual process…maybe bring that time to 10am n the switch to 8am😊

    I can't try this things since I go to bed at 5 A.M.
    In current situation, I don't want to do this.
    But, I will wish to wake up at 5 A.M., this is only the game of one day.
    Before corona period, I was used to wake up at 3 A.M. and six month or one year, that routine again will come and that will be continue for whole life.
    Once I will complete my research work, I will completely turned to spiritual person.
    Then, I will follow that routine.

    The way how I wake up early is thinking to wake up early than putting alarm which makes me get up than using the alarm. This help alot with waking up.

    Almonds help to go to sleep, you can have them as almond powder with warm milk before you sleep. It helps to go to sleep.

    I have been sleeping at 10:30 PM each night since three years, automatically I wake up at 5:30, without putting any effort. The sleep is good, no waking up in between. No tiredness, no fatigue.
    Things that helped me :
    Sleep forcefully by 10:30 leaving everything you are doing.
    Massaging feet with any oil
    No eating after 8 PM.
    Try this.

    I follow the rule early to bed and early to rise makes you happy nimbel and wise also I don't eat dinner late I eat by 6.30 pm..most of our indiand eat late like 8.30 or 9 p.m.

    I am really worried that I am unable to wake up early nowadays......when I was in class 10 I used to wake up early daily even when I was sleeping late.....but I don't know why now I am in class 12 and I am unable to wake up early no matter how much I try even if I woke up then I can't focus in any work as I feel very sleepy......I am really worried about this problem 😓

    Yeah right.. for someone who doesnt have to work night shifts or has no sedentary job or glued to their desks.. they can live like this .. this is impossible for corporate or call center employees... Please!! suggest something which is for all not for stay at home people..

    It's good that our ancestors made this habit to wake up early in the morning but it doesn't mean that you should go to bed and sleep there are many people who come home at 9Pm so would they just go to sleep without having there dinner

    Mai bhi pahle morning me jaldi nahi uth pati thi ab 11 :30 baje tak study karne ke baad pair ke talve me sarso ka oil laga ke soti hu to 5 baje apne aap nind khul ja rahi hai ab fresh bhi feel hota hai body

    It's possible for those who can sleep at 9pm. Some people like me are came home at 9.30, after that preparation of dinner and all. And it's compulsory. Not by choice.

    Sleeping at 9:00 PM and waking up by 5:00 AM is not a big deal.. which easily covers 8 hours of sleep..
    We need tips like sleeping just for 4 hours that is almost equal to 8 hours of sleep..

    I have a problem I wave up at 6 a.m. and leave for school at 7:15 then a come back at 3 p.m. and the leave for coaching from 4 to 8p.m. I come till 9 . So , how I am suppose to sleep at 9? And I have to study also . Please answer to my question

    As a JEE aspirant I can't sleep early and can't even wake up late, you have to reduce sleep quantity and improve sleep quality
    Quality>>>>Quantity

    My office shift over at 10pm and i reached home at around 11pm. 😢

    Once I tried to sleep early ,but I can't so I decided instead of trying to sleep and wasting time . I study till 2 am and sleep at 2 am and I'm in 7th and wake up at 4:45 everyday and yes I a sleep 2 hours after coming from scholl
    I AM PROUD OF MYSELF !!!!
