Thank you, Corrine, for this simple and to the point video. Also, thank you 'kiddo' for helping your Mama with the making of this video. You and kiddo make me smile. You are both just beaming with love. Namaste
Hey, is this child labor that you are practicing in Canada? YUP and I practiced it when my kiddo was still living at home. I hope that Kiddo get to enjoy passing his finger across the pot that you warmed the honey in. That is what he was in such a rush to do after the video was finished. I know his type, sweet and always working at becoming sweeter. Thanks for this idea that I'll definitely make next year as our dandelions are all in the Make A Wise state.
I actually find I've never had to! Perhaps its the fresh herbs in the honey, but it never solidifies again. In my experience only though! If it did, yes I would gently warm it again.
@@SpiraeaHerbs Thank you , so happy I found your Chanel, I already saw few video and learned new things. I truly appreciate all the knowledge that you shared with passion and nice balance between science and spiritual.
For the first few days it gets very bubbly so I do burp it. If you decide to stop the process you would put it in the fridge. I just let it continue to ferment because it only gets tastier with time and we usually eat it fast enough. Both options are totally fine!
@@SpiraeaHerbs ok… thx… so, u don’t really hv to heat up at the end to a certain temp to stop it?… that’d be htg up honey..again… fridge sounds better…?🤔😁

Glad I could inspire you for next year! Thanks for watching.
Just curious, do you strain the petals out of the honey before using/eating it or do you leave them in?
I strain them out!
Thank you so much for sharing, in order of straining do you warm the honey again?

Did u hv to keep burping the cover while sitting?… and did u do anything to stop the fermentation process?

@@judykovach6912 I don't heat it up no. I want the honey to retain it's raw properties personally.

How close are the neighbours? It's very difficult to say definitively. Ultimately it comes down to your comfort level.
