This theme was pretty difficult to play, those arpeggios were so hard to get right. I had to record them bar by bar in some places just because I didn't have time to learn the whole thing and to get it sounding clean, maybe if I had another month to do this one video I'd be able to play through the whole thing in one go but sticking to a weekly schedule it'd be near impossible.
For those asking for the Spider-Man 2 and 3 themes, I'm not sure if I'll do those. If you've listened to them you'll notice that the other composers just reused Danny Elfman's theme and then after that they include their own parts, so if I was to do those themes I would be pretty much redoing this video 3 times which I probably won't do.

I had to title it "Spider-Man Trilogy Theme" because Distrokid doesn't allow dates or composer names or anything like that in the titles, so "Danny Elfman Spider-Man Theme" or "Spider-Man (2002) Theme" were out of the picture, but the main thing is that it's up on the stores!

Don’t get me wrong I like Tom as Spider-Man and Peter Parker but Tobey Maguire is still my definitive Spider-Man. Not only just because they redefined Superhero movies but because they are the most accurate to the Steve Ditko and Stan Lee books. Peter in these movies says it’s his curse he is responsible for Uncle Ben’s death he wants to prove that he is ready to be using this curse for something. The harmony and the underlying chords of this theme are absolutely fucking insane, like what the actual fuck is happening in this theme. Its mindblowing too because the main melody is so simple and catchy. Danny Elfman is a complete genius
This is one of those childhood movies where I thought movies were real, you know? And I remember thinking if I believed hard enough I'd be able to climb walls so I'd always slowly put my hand on the wall and try my best to do Spiderman's movements, sadly never worked. I was 4 when this came out and man I'm thankful I grew up with it.

I usually have a hard time even listening to electric guitars, but you really understood how much of it you needed to give without making it over-bearing and over-shadowing the beautiful melody of the piece. You enhanced it with an instrument I have a hard time liking. Good job man.
