- The K10 is such a good sousing speaker way more simple than the K.2s. I've seen these LASE amps for other speaker Brands so this video might be useful for others as well. I felt like I put unnecessary wear on my regular QSC Speaker. Remember this one is already broken, so might as well try to push this one more or at least until you get a hang of where the volumes are similar. I've seen these replacement amps also in Other Brand Names but I think its the same exact thing.
Maybe the limiter isn’t coming on because you’re not pushing it hard enough. That’s a good thing! I think these replacement boards are worth it
You can only used amplifier and put the input pcb on the New amp than still QSC setting on board, i do this now 1 year and it is working great
What is the input pcb you speak of are you saying that you have to take something off of the qsc amp and add it to the lase amp in order for it to sound right?
I doubt it's got the same SPL or wattage.
It does lack low end and I’ve never seen the limiter light turn on for some reason. Last two weeks I ran the LASE +1 gain and the QSC 0 gain, and the LASE still felt underpowered but +2 gain is too loud, yet not low enough.
These fit in however they sound different and are not near the power but Yes your speaker will work like a Peavey lol
I totally agree. It did bring life to a broken speaker, the quality of sound is not that great, it might be noticeable at higher volumes, but I have another pair of “bigger” speakers for when I need more clarity at higher SPLs. For now it’s enough to not carry heavy wood cabinets to small places while allowing me to save for a K10.2(preferably a pair)or one K8.2 (I already have a k8.2)
Also, it tends to create feedback easier, but we already know that we should try to keep it on the side farther from the microphones.
My module went out on my K 10.2 and I got one qsc brand new for like 154.00

To tell you the truth I can’t remember, I googled QSC amp parts , I was going to buy the PC board I thought was the problem and buying a whole basket was cheaper. I’ll try to look up where I got it from exactly

Folks better be careful buying the laze products. I purchase one for my Ev ekx 15p and it limits very quick also it has a different sound from my original Ev amp modules. Was a waist of money.
CHECK THE PHASE OF THE SPEAKER, IF YOU INVERT THE WIRING IT MIGHT GUVE THE REAL PERFORMANCE I SAW A VIDEO HERE ON UA-cam THEY SAID THE-NEGATIVE GOES ON THE POSITIVE AND POSITIVE ON NAGATIVE
Truth be told, QSC is absolute garbage I had 4 monitors they were expensive and always had issues, I end up working with ALTOS I bought jbl HF drivers and my cheap ALTOS never disappointed is like the humble worker that never leaves your side, don’t buy QSC shameless companies
