I have replaced my EV 112P amps with the LASE amplifier over a year ago, done about 30 contract with them.. push them hard and they are very strong, well made.. only problems I see is the "delay" is good for phase problems, but dont give enough ms delay to use them as delay speakers (like QSC is now doing) and also when there is a minor change in the electricity (like if I plug led lights) the amp turn to MUTE (it shutdown, but the LCD still working) and I need to turn them off and open them again.. I had this problem over 6-7 times ..I know the workaround but dont understand why its doing that
Lase is a good company bought there ls801p replacement speaker thumps hard. Would you say these lase amps limit less and play louder than the original yorkville amps ?
I noticed also on the 2 original ls800p amp modules show in the video they both have different transformers? One is probably louder than the other could be a later model ls800p and the other early ls800p
Yes one has different knob for control. The oldest ones worked the best. But had easy limiting which the changed due to sub destruction. These lase amps can cook a factory sub too if ya dont watch. I installed 18 sound 9601 now they are super power. .. but still the box rolls off at like 39hz
@@SoundBarrierEntertainment i thought the yorkville rear loaded design box is limited to 45hz also the amp. The amps you had in the video both ls800p amps had different transformers if you didn’t see. Ls801p uses similar transformer hits slightly harder than ls800p. Sad these subs are discontinued the new es18p does not hit as good
@@kevinjuman5058 ya all the new stuff isnt so good. The parasource 15 is nice i can hit down to 40 pretty hard on the new amps might be closer to 45 is the roll off
Hey bro I used Lase amplifier and if u really need the correct power u have to either use 2 lines input(both Xlr input) Y splitter 1 female to 2 male to send signal into the amplifier then ull fell da power of lase
@@hollywoodthedj1673 also this amp over power the p300 18" the person that had it had to upgrade his speaker to Blastking Profile 18 which is rated about 1500wrms
@@selectorerwin1don12 oh wow! I want to get this amp and experiment with one of my Yorkville LS1208 passive scoops amd see what it does I have 4 of them if it ends up sounding good I may try to do all of them when I get some extra money one day!
I put some of their vxr615 8ohm biamp units in some old wedges. They sound good and seem to be able to keep up but definitely not overly loud. Their sub plate amplifier intrigues me more. I would love to hear a side by side, especially approaching the clip limiter. Seem they would be great for my old C series Yamaha subs
These same amps even to rcf lp300 can not take the pressure a friend of mine had to replace his with a blasting profile which have a 4.5 voice coil plus these lase amps is durable
@@selectorerwin1don12 My old Yamaha boxes were reloaded with Peavey Lowrider drivers and typically powered by an NX6000 (which works well with subs) but making them active would be amazing. I’m pulling the trigger on them soon.
Any update on these amps ? How the longevity on them and are they better than the original

Can’t be that much power it says it only puts out like 600 watts rms
@@hollywoodthedj1673 nah the lase sub600 is a nx amp i used that too and that shid is powerful also pushes a p300 comfortable in Scoop bass
