Both are companies, but a startup is a new company that is working on growing to disrupt a specific market. Startup is different to a small business because it has the capability to grow into a 100 million/ billion dollar business.
I think they're good, never really fully explored the idea when I could have done them because you do get practical experience but you get some random degree from a subpar university so it seemed like it may be detrimental in the future if I don't have a proper engineering degree. Not sure what is on offer now, but I will do some research and make a video to share my opinions

Apply online -> Call with HR -> Take home task -> design interview -> behavioural interview -> offer
