Think about it if the machine breaks down no store will recieve there merchandise , if our headsets mess up they can always print out the orders and we will select by paper , wont be happeing any time soon buddy

What about base pay? isn't incentive pay just extra bonus money?
Where I work pickers make 20 cents for every piece picked. The top pickers make an equivalent 26 or 28 dollars an hour.
No base pay is just for holidays really. If the piece workers aren't picking they aren't getting paid.
They open that position here in Miami Florida and the starting pay was $15.47. I forgot to apply for it :(

I make $24/hour as a forklift operator but the good order pickers can make like $28/hour.
