WinCo is a great store and so clean. I just wish they had online shopping for old folks, that can't get around. their employees don't hide like Walmart employees and don't ignore you when want help.👍
I strongly admire what Winco has to offer with the ESOP (employee stock ownership program), not many companies I'm aware of offer such a program, which can lead to a long and lasting career.
Winco is a great company to shop at. Ive learned from watching this video how they get a tax advantage by using the stock program which is quite interesting. My only complaint is that they do not accept credit card.

Safety first warehouse enployees. Stack outgoing pallets accordingly. Remember the ones unstacking the pallets and avoid Safety hazards in the stores by working smart not fast. Thank you! It's your dollar that pays out for lack of Safety.
