FINALLY, a judge that does it the way it should be done. He gives her what little respect she deserves and tells her exactly the way it is. He isn't unnecessarily rude to her but he tells her exactly how it is in a way that she should have been able to understand it.

@@thomasb7347 Even when it doesn't convince the defendant, I think there is still some utility for others who might see it later. Often when a judge simple ignores the arguments it is held up as proof that the arguments are valid and the judge is dishonestly skipping over them, which can play well to a certain audience. I think a judge actually addressing them might actually be listened to by some fence sitters and weaken proponents.

The Judge's rulings on her notices need to be stated by all judges because they were perfectly worded in reply to her nonsense notices. He was legally correct, to the point and there is no wiggle room. Go Judge Gauthier. Her next step will be to place liens on the property of the judge, prosecutor, court clerk, complainants, and anyone else she can. Mark Bailey, I agree wholeheartedly. I do not think other judges are wrong nessasarly for simply denying "Notices",... I mean motions, as they are usually pressed for time with large call rosters. However, his affording an astute and easily understood explanation for each denial, speaks to his character as a judge, and his want to serve the individual as well as justice. Yet, his explanations could also be viewed as a tactical play as well. As once he provided explanations, how can anyone conjure an intelligible retort to his assertions and opinion on the matter(s). He actually saved time, by giving the explanations as to the W⁵+H (Who, What, When, Where, Why + How). He basically slammed the door (Nicely) on any future commentary on the matters, without outwardly demeaning her intellect or understanding of the information and its context. I, as I am sure others as well, will be waiting to see more from His Honor. Nicely done all the way around.

Very thorough explanation of how he has authority over her, even in keeping with and respecting religious traditions. His Honor may seem like he’s taking “Woman” (WAY) more seriously than necessary. However, having clearly studied at the Vulcan Institute of Law, he’s demonstrated a clear commitment to logic. He may not be as entertaining as some his colleagues; but logic is meant to entertain.

In some people defense, maybe they forget, or maybe they are on their way to an indoor place that is not a house and has policy so they put it before arriving.
I'm not disagreeing with you about it generally a stupid thing to do in your own car alone.
In her case? Seems more like an act of disrespect to the judge and the court, at least in my pov
