Oh no that's not true, I know that whatever's going on in my personal life where I wasn't able to do all the things that I would have liked to do for my children financially that in no way shape or form reflects that I don't care about my children. I could speak about you if I knew you but I don't, knee pants child support has nothing to do with whether I do or do not care about my children. When I was working with teenagers with behaviour issues......... my colleagues often used to ask me how I was able to listen calmly while they were ranting, screaming and cursing for up to half an hour until they wired down and then have a proper conversation. This bs has spread to my country as well. My former son-in-law was one of these idiots. He represented himself during the child support/custody proceedings. His entire case seemed to hinge upon the fact that my daughter once fell asleep with beans cooking in the slow cooker and they burned. I wish we could access videos of the court proceedings. I would pay good money to be able to watch him being dragged from the courtroom screaming, "THE BEANS! What about THE BEANS?" any time I need a good laugh. 😂😂😂😂

I am quite literally going through what this woman has been going through. The father of my children is now claiming sovereign citizenship and spouts many of the exact same rhetoric and it’s beyond maddening. The countless pages and claims he has filed with the courts of fraud and theft of both myself and the state for collecting child support and now that he’s been in contempt and refusing to pay and not showing up for hearings - I will be very curious to see what happens on the 10th when the judge has warned a bench warrant will be issued. It’s stressful, it’s maddening and absolute insanity that I do not understand at all!
He says the SAME things about God not being respecter of persons and the commercial court as well as trafficking children and Gods law and healing himself with enlightenment. Like it’s so mind blowing to me and I thought maybe he just came up with some of this stuff out of insane dreams or something but I guess he used this man as a template to file his own written statements to the court! It hurts!
Pleeease understand this and pass it around. "God is not a respector of people (or 'persons' depending on the translation)..." does not mean that God doesn't have respect for people! It means that God does not show partiality or favoritism the way mankind does. In other words, He doesn't consider one person better than another because of wealth, status, family heritage, ethnicity, race, etc. He is a just God, who treats all people by the same measure. (Think of it like how the justice system SHOULD [emphasis on should] work.)

My husband comes home to find me watching LTWM while cooking dinner. He's used to it. I think he was surprised at first but he doesn't mind as he's always had a love for law.
Of course it sucks having garnished wages, especially these days when so many of us are struggling just to keep our heads above water. You know what sucks much more than that? Having a deadbeat for a father who refuses to have anything to do with you and who throws a tantrum when he has to pay to raise you. You can be the biggest loser in the world and your kids will still see you as their hero. I’ve seen this judge before on another channel. He is awesome. He’s direct to the point doesn’t take any BS very good.
I'm an attorney who worked for a year in the courts as a mediator. These guys fascinate me, and I made one observation in addition to all the other comments here.
To a one, these guys can cite English common law and spew word salads but CANNOT keep a simple timeline. When the judge gives him the procedure and timelines to object, it was like kryptonite to the guy!

He disgusts me on so many levels. I highly doubt this man did his full term, he was most likely chaptered out medically for mental issues. Depending upon his disability rating with VA, those girls may have plenty of benefits available to them, including educational benefits.

Aren't birth certificates standard issue when a child is born, and copies given to the parents?
He's saying, in effect (or that's how I interpreted what he said), that she stole his semen to fertilize her eggs, so they would grow into his daughters. I doubt he got into any position where that would happen by accident or by being forced.

After 25 years, my children's father recently tried to get ahold of me because they're taking $27/mo from his SS check for back support. This is because he refused to pay the court-ordered $7.50/wk for 2 way back in the early 80s. The money goes directly into my son's checking account. I had absolutely nothing to do with it. I spend more than that in a week on peanuts for the chipmunks! (and well over $300/mo on my pets). Too bad, so sad. 😂 He did petition me to court for visitation in the late 80s, but failed to show.
