We've lived in a house as renters and we received a letter from a realtor on our door that said our property was being sold and they would be showing our house the next day to the new buyer. I was shocked that our landlord would sell without talking to us first. I called him immediately and he said absolutely not. Come to find out some Sov. Listen, one day I paid this person for the deed to the property, then later I transferred the deed back to her in exchange for money. It doesn't matter that she never bought the property from its owner all that matters is that we exchanged money between ourselves for what we are claiming is the deed to the property. The fact we created a paper trail of this highly illegal transaction means its legit and the original actual owner of the property doesn't get a say in the matter... Also we may be involved in massive fraud.

Why aren't these people thrown in jail? If I came home and there were people living in my house, I would call the police and have them arrested. This is ridiculous.
In sounds like this case is about someone who was legally living in the house, under a lease or tenancy agreement; their lease is up and and now the landlord wants them out (the court records say this is a "termination of tenancy" action). However, they're fighting the eviction with mumbo-jumbo. This is a company suing ex-tenants, not an individual who just came home and found strangers in the house. (Even in that case, however, the police may not be able to do much if the strangers claim to be tenants and show a lease. The police aren't going to summarily evict somebody who might really be a legal tenant, no matter how unlikely it seems, until the courts rule on the legality of the "lease.")
I had a rental that as I evicted the tenant for non payment, they allowed a stranger (to me) to move in and claim they lived there. The police would not call it a trespass even though I had never met the “occupants”. So I found a couple of “very nice” very large gentleman and legally “leased” the premises to them for two weeks. The moved in immediately, much to the discontent of the other “tenants”. I explained they had no written lease and no proof of “exclusive” residency or possession. Again the police said “civil issue”. After a few hours of the new tenants hitting on the guys wife and eating and drinking everything in the house. A few times telling the old “tenant” to shut the F up” unless they wanted a beating. Sleeping on the couch and in their bed. For some reason, the unknown tenants decided to leave on their own. That must of upset the new tenants because they moved out too, the next day. A couple hundred dollars was cheaper than court, unpaid rents and possible trashing of the unit.
Worse. It is like if they were driving someone else's car down the road with 'Private' license plates, without the car owner's permission and spouting the usual line of the car being 'their' private property.

(In 2018 my husband and I moved from the US to Australia - don't hear anyone that sounds like us now.)
Noticed another time the SovCit messed up. He stated he was getting out of his vehicle. Shouldn't that have been vessel?
And he was actually in a house at that time 🤷♀️
@@allisonjames2923 You mean "houseboat"?
The problem is that they drag the issue through court knowing that they are going to lose, but the process allows them to live rent-free for many months. Then the homeowner is stuck making repairs and they're onto the next property and repeat the whole process. It's conspiracy to defraud the homeowner, and if they are so desperate for free housing, give them each a cell.
Yup
“I was brung to court” 🤦♂️🤣🤣
Yes 😂
Just waking up and was so happy tp see a video from Mike! Thanks for the morning entertainment! ☕
Thank You 😘
Well, that was a change of pace.
Like the fall scenery behind you... 😎
Thank You 😊
The trees are gorgeous, something 1A Auditors should spend more time focusing on.
@@brianshoman1723 How true! But they are so self centered that they probably do not even notice that beauty of nature passing by them.
Yesterday I went out into a very secluded spot in the country to repair equipment for a friend. I could of spent the whole day there. Fall is so beautiful!
I agree - this was GOOD FUN - a perfect description for this video. One would think, since these activities are so blatantly fraudulent, that criminal charges could/should quickly be done upon discovery? (I'm thinking these types of cases should NOT be in civil courts).
This judge was great. She gave them a chance and then slammed the door.
I know 'I' wouldn't mess with the Elite Task Force!! Btw, my 2 little puppers are wondering if they can sign up... they even have their own Fez'... 🤣
I don’t know, but I went to college to become a Paralegal and in Real Estate Law class we had to go to the County Tax Office and the the County Auditor Office to research a deed. It’s real easy, you can find everyone who owned the house since the day it was built.
Unreal. I've ssen crap from sov cits where they try paying off a mortgage with fraudulent checks. But that one of these bums thought he could just steal a house.
Loved this case Mike. "Sovereign Citizen runs smack dab into reality"! I do have a question about what you said about service to any adult. Wouldn't there have to be a relationship or acknowledgement by that adult to know the person? I am asking because a process server once came to my door to serve someone I didn't know period and I told him that. We built our home on empty land we purchased so no one ever lived here before. I had no idea who he was talking about.
Yes they should be a member of the household. You could certainly contest service in your situation.
@@LawTalkWithMike Thank you. I was truly curious if a stated address was enough.
Judge: "Who sold you the property?"
Witness: "No-one, I stole it and sold it to this idiot"
Idiot: "What does Denied mean?"
😂
Somewhere there’s a video of a young lady who bought her first home after not having the best start in life. Before she could move in some SovCit tried to take over the house claiming it was abandoned. The young girl got it back in the end but that particular SovCit has a history off this sort of thing. It’s horrible that 5he y think they can randomly take someone's biggest asset like that.
They need to let the owner handle it like these moops and sovshits deserve: some 9mm and 12gauge eviction notices at high velocity, preferably belt-fed until they leave the premises in pieces.
A sov cit in Tennessee filed a lien against the most expensive home on the market in Tennessee. I think they finally got it all sorted out and property changed hands last week.
Villa Collina
This is such a very sad case. 😢. Honest folks getting bamboozled
Loved this one Mike! Hope you can find more. I think there are lots of court fails out there.
👍
So the guy just declared eminent domain and claimed the house as if he gets to do that? I'm surprised the judge didn't convict him of fraud then and there by his own admission.
👍
I was a Realtor for 5 years and thank god never had this happen with a investor property client! I heard horror story from another Realtor with client having similar type situation. I can't believe how some people think this crazy up and believe they're the ones in the right!!! Thanks Mike for making my day more fun!!
This was a good one, Mike, thanks and love to the boys!
🐶🐶🥰
The title should never have transferred since it was just a 'quit claim' deed that was filed. I am curious though if the SovCit committed a crime if nothing of value was given for the 'quit claim' deed.
Found you from LeAnn Serrao’s shout out on her live yesterday. So glad she mentioned your channel, it IS as great as she said!
The best is to FF to 16:00 up-to where the poor judge was struggling to try and make sense of all this nonsense, and the plaintiff Kesha filed for a transfer of deed from Wiley, and you can se the ah hah moment when the judge realized that these two are trying to run a sovereign citizen scam and affirms the default judgement for the defendant.
🙌
I'm still tryin to figure out why the guy in the car is wearing a mask and why the other guy got up to go get a mask when he is indoors at a home. This would be a classic Debra Davis expression clip.
Love the way this judge listens patiently, gets the facts, then bang-delivers a no-nonsense judgement. super-sharp
I felt better when the judge said she didn`t know what he was talking about because I sure didn`t.
Neither did I 🤷♂️
How can anybody think you can just move into a house?
Nice change of pace, tho I do love a good window smash in the morning. Interesting to see this angle of the home take-over, but why did no one issue warrants. The Task Force should be looking into that.
🐶🐶😂
Oh gosh! More fun with Mike! I'm getting addicted! ❤
Love it!
How many years can you get for this I wonder. It's funny when they end up caught and punished for this.
Good golly! This woman isnt the sharpest tool in the box! And yeah I love the pups wearing the fezes. Yessss
I also have a deed to that house. I have all the green houses on that block and a hotel on Mayfair.
I love the elite task force! I would really enjoy talking to you someday,Mike. I like your channel more than any of the same type that I watch, thanks for making it so much fun.
Aww thank you 😘
How did I miss this one Mike after a few weeks of catching up with your videos, damn 🙄🤣
It was very satisfying to see that judge immediately shut it all down. Didn't play around with them, just ensured that her suspicions were correct, and immediately closed the door on the nonsense.
Agreed 🙌
Salut 👋 Mike
Merci beaucoup 🤩
Have a nice weekend
👋😊
Forest around my place looks similar, though more so in the mountains. Guess it's autumn worldwide, huh?
In the Northern Hemisphere 😂 I love fall🍂🍁
“What do you mean by denied?”
‘I mean you should start packing’
I'm sure the dogs always get whatever they want!! Adorable babies!! Love the hair cuts!!!💞💖💞💖 (These cases are crazy, but love it! Very entertaining)!!!
Thank You 🐶🐶😘
I never knew Wile E Coyote was a sovereign citizen. But that explains a lot.
It really does😂
Been down this road from property owner side such a pain in the ass
Yep. I'm not doing it again. They burned my house down.
How is this not dealt with as more of a criminal matter? I got accused of breach o trust under $1000 and was arrested.
The straight forwardness of this judge is great, are you a sovcit " yes " you lose!
🙌
It’s the old I don’t know no one named John Anderson ploy.
Is a PMM part of article 9 of the UCC? I can't remember if secured transactions cover real estate collateral.
They don't even comprehend the meaning of the word "Understand", how could they know "denied"?
😂
I love how many times she reminded him to file the motion, like, Let me at these two 🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂
good old Michigan! so happy I have yet to see these kinds of people in the UP yet....yet
lol I was actually surprised I heard them say Wayne county. That's the county Detroit is in. One of the counties I'd expect less of the Sovcit stuff from, but I guess they're everywhere.
@@mchevre You don't get the "SovCit" stuff in the urban areas, per se, but you do get a lot of the "Moor" stuff.
@@mchevre the SovCit Moors are huge in Detroit they steal homes all the time one of the local news stations has a regular segment on them they take the homes back the reporter will get a lease and move in on them and run the off is one tactic.
Pretty sure I heard a reference near the end to his use of a "consular court."
The old Fred G Sanford trick- Just put it back in the mailbox . You never got it. lol
😂
The poor judge she is like what in the hell is going on? We need the task force on this one Mike ASAP
Great video! Judge came down on the thieves.
🙌
I had not seen this, great video. I do not want to pay my mortgage either is there a motion for that.
Motion to not pay my mortgage instanter. 😂
Mike, your laugh is so infectious . Love it
Thank You
This is FANTASTIC! Judge Brue just slam dunked this 😎
🙌
I just pictured Mike as a judge! He would not be able to keep a straight face with this moore/Sovcit shenanigans! 😂😂😂😂😂
More silliness, and laughs thanks Mike for providing the laughs. 👍 for the paw patrol.
🤩
Damn, I'm used to listening to nonsense terms and misuse of words from sovereign citizens, but that was next level, borderline schizophrenic level word salad - lots of words that have meanings but put together in a way that doesn't make any sense for those of us living in the real world.
Judge did a great job, but I really feel for the property owners who have to deal with this crap.
Wile E Coyote super genius. 🤣🤣🤣
I couldn’t help it😂
Like judge Judy says if it doesn't make sense then it's not TRUE!!! That is so right 🤣
Sovereign citizens always seem to over talk the simple questions lol
Wow!! Can't write much, injured hand but think that just about sums it up🤔 Love for the boys!!
Awww 🐶🐶🥰
She seems like a really sharp person and no bs judge.
These people should be arrested immediately and sent to jail.
