This judge is incredible. I've never seen a judge so eloquently explain that these people are rambling nutbags while not overtly calling them rambling nutbags. It won't change her mind, but once she spends a few weeks or months in jail, she might think back on it and actually question her craziness.

You cannot have the situation explained any better than this judge did. So calm, even, and at a easy and simple level of explanation. This was a class act by the judge. And the judge was so right, she will be sitting in the pokey by herself when this is done. I have a feeling she is got to have a blow up or meltdown somewhere along this process. She doesn't seem to have enough discapline to stay in control during a situation that is not going to go her way.

The most fun part about sovereign citizens. You can just recite the *actual* law back to them and when they disagree just chuckle because the arrest warrant will still go through regardless of their opinions.

Having been a juror in cases involving pleas, I’ve found that the hesitation before pulling the trigger is usually one of two reasons. They either realize just how serious the penalties can be and get cold feet so they want reassurance from their lawyer, or they’re just being total jerks that know they’re screwed and want to waste as much people’s time as possible before going to the Greybar Hotel.

Did she, sorry ‘I, Woman Angela, call the judge by his first name? Not your honor, judge or at the very least, sir? But demanded he address her, sorry Angela, how she, sorry how Angela wanted to be addressed? Wow the audacity! 😂

Just sentence her to max and call it a day! Her peers don't register to vote so there not going to be able to help her. He did a great job!!

omg wtf!! mike- ive been bingeing your videos as kind of background noise, and i just texted my friend this morning that he should check out your channel. then a few videos later i texted him to ask if this was his judge. then a few videos later, i have my answer, because there's my friend, darren!! he KILLED it with this case, btw. his client was trying to question school admin about the CRT nonsense that was being taught, and she got charged with bogus felony eavesdropping because of it. darren got it dismissed 👏👏👏

Mike, is there any way you can equalize volume when you're doing a zoom stream? I have to turn my volume way up to hear the proceedings, then you say something and blow out my eardrums... maybe cut your volume in half, if you can't turn up the stream volume? Thanks.

13:09 Mike: you laughed in regards to Defendants needing more time for questions for the plea deals, however I'm sure hearing the penalties from the Judge in a courtroom is very different and alarming than when talking about it in private with an attorney.

Okay, if a woman wants her name to be used in place of "you", I have a feeling she probably has prolonged and engaging conversations with her houseplants.
At 22:35 the defendant says "I don't understand any legalese whatsoever." She's a SovCit and SovCits are self-proclaimed masters of legalese. Who is she trying to fool?
I almost feel like getting a crayon and making myself an official "Sovereign Citizen Public Defender" certificate. SovCits can come to me an act as their defense lawyer. (I'm not a real lawyer, I just play one on TV...well, not really in either case.) My number one tool would be a large wooden mallet. Whenever they open their mouths, I would smack them on the forehead with the mallet and say: "Be quiet! The adults are talking."

I, Angela, just a woman, is rude by not looking at the judge and is pretty detached from her court date. The judge is amazing with her - not condescending but not a push over either, by far!
