They should give some sort of health buff. Running around with 150 health as a hero is suicide. They could give him a health card or make it so he can regen 200 instead of 150 once he loses a certain amount of health.

Yeah, she is now. I started using her 3-4 days ago, because I was going for 3 purples for every hero, and found out she's pretty powerful in GA.
