Thanks for the video. It was very helpful. But in my case, it was not as easy as it looks. First, my ball joint would not disconnect. It required a spreader and a hammer, and about an hour's time to convince it to let go. Also, I could not access the upper left nut. I had to remove the battery and battery housing to access it. As in the video, I had to lower the air strut as well (to get both upper bolts out). S550 4matic W221.
thank you for the upload, I currently have a mysterious clunking sound coming from the front suspension I have changed the sway bar bushings they were toasted, sway bar links they needed to be replaced soon and lower control arms they very soon needed to be replaced as well. I just need to do my upper control arms now I hope this ends that annoying clunk. thanks again!
my problem turned out to be my a year old front strut, although I needed to replace all other stuff my clunking sound same from the passenger front strut. obviously now my car feel like a brand new car.

Why is the ball joint touching the top of my tire?
What if shop removed that lever to purchase arm in. After service my car is lowered in the right side and won't raise back up
