This was helpful. On the driver's side, taking off that top ball joint nut, and separating it but is essential for reinstall. I found that I had to swing the entire control arm/rotor assembly forward towed the front of the car for the bolt holes at top to the suspension to line up and finally fit. I highly recommend two people for help to line the holes up at top. Hope this helps someone else.

The freaking bottom bolt is f****** stuck any ideas on how else I can get it out if I'm hammering it and it doesn't come off.

Hammer harder it will come out unless you dont want to destroy the ball joint threads . You can also use a ball joint seperator.

Mine too. Hammering didn't help. Just did mine 7 days ago. I had to use a ball joint splitter rented from O'Reilly's. I had to saw my bolt in half to get the right leverage using ball joint splitter hanging over top of control arm.
It popped out & whole thing landed on floor. Luckily no pry bar was flung in the air, because that bottom air shock bolt was really stuck
