Pitt is such a strange actor. He could have been a pretty boy actor who took popcorn roles. He had the look... the fans... he had the swooning teens. So what roles did he take?.... Cool World, Fight Club, Snatch.... the guy has pushed the envelope and been badass and cooler than I ever thought he would be back in the 90s. Hell... Even Interview was pretty kickass with him. There are three actors I have done a 180 on (hating them to loving them). Pitt, DeCaprio and now after Lighthouse and Batman, Patinson.

It was an absolute joy of a ride too if you can get behind over the top action. Oh also the Twins Lemon and Tangerine are and absolute joy to watch in this movie. How was he done dirty in Snake Eyes? A lot of people were in agreement that Andrew Koji was one of the best parts of that movie. I feel the movie gave him a lot to work with, as for the movie being good or not that's a whole other story. The shaky cam harmed Koji's fight scenes though.

I thought this movie is a fantastic movie that was much better then most would expect. The action is fun and the slow first act was quite enjoyable for me, since it leaves you guessing what will happen next and paying attention to what is currently going on. The character development and general plot is cool as many ideas about fate and people are thrown out there. In summary, it is a surprisingly good movie that will leave you wanting to see it again.

Just watched it on Netflix yesterday. I had fun with it, I will watch it again. I don't think it was perfect, but it didn't bore or irritate me. It was different compared with the MCU & DCEU or whatever they rebranded themselves as. And thank you Mr. Jahns for mentioning it, it did give me a feeling of late 90's/early 2000's action movies.
