Muay Thai Shadow Box Beginner to Pro - Episode 1

My Name is René and i am travelling South America for a Year, but i still want to improve my Muay Thai so a lot of what i do is Shadowboxing.
My approach to learning Muay Thai solo, is to watch good videos of Muay Thai Training like Pad Work and Shadowboxing, a lot is from Sitjaopho Gym and try imitate the Style. Then i film myself and try to correct my form and feeling while doing it.
