Most people I know have at least one Chanel fragrance in their collection, although I have met some people who aren't a fan of Chanel perfumes.
I happen to love them and I wear them a lot.

so iconic...never in my life would I have imagined that my chanel perfume collection would be in the least expensive tier of my collection. Niche prices are out of control...
I love all of your mentions!! One must-add to your collection is La Pausa. I want to love No 18 and No 19 so much, but I cannot do it...however no 19 poudre I cannot get enough of....poudre, eau premiere and allure are so divine. but yeah, please try La Pausa :) xx

Interesting to hear your thoughts and experiences with these chanel scents , the house is one I just can't get along with so it's fun to learn about others experiences that it does work for 🍀
I start loving chanel in my 30. No 5, and premiere are my fav, then Coco, Misia, Sycamore. Currently on the edge with Coco noir, as I back to patchouli frags. If you love no 19, try Jacomo Silences, the price tag is great. 19 poudre remind me of Apres l'onde from guerlain, so not necessary having this 2. Great video! love the series

I'm loving your collection videos. Especially the format! I may have to borrow it. lol! I recently picked up No.22 and I'm so happy with the purchase, it's lovely. And sycomore is one of my favorites from the house. I personally love Antaeus, one of the very best designer fragrances EVER in my opinion. Pour monsieur is another nice one. Other than that, I don't have much experience with Chanel's male offerings. Great video Cherie! 💜

Precious and elegant Chanel. I love Gabrielle edp in summer in spite of many bad reviews. Coco Chanel edp was one of my first signature scent. I love no 5 edt, excellent for colder weather. I bought mademoiselle intense before Christmas and it is the beast of longevity and projection.
I also tend to spray my hair with perfume 🙈 I love the cloud of scent around me ❤️

Great collection videos! Doing it by house is good idea because you can go into a bit of depth, which you do so well. I have Antaeus because I found it sexy as a teenager in the late 80's, but my then boyfriend couldn't afford it, so recently I bought it for myself. I also have Coco, mostly for cosy evenings, and No5 Eau Premiere, which I adore. Now you've inspired me to try many more! I had a small sample of 1932 and I really liked it. I noticed it usually doesn't get much love in reviews, its seen as a bit boring! But I like the slightly indolic jasmine, combined with the powdery iris and the soft dry down.

Chanel will always be special to me as my first signature fragrances was Egoïste (which kind of is the male version of Bois des Iles)... and there’s something about Chanel that is just Chanel and cannot be copied: sophisticated and very elegant. I also love 19 ... but my holy grail is 31 Rue Cambon, a modern chypre for eternity. Thanks so much for this collection series!

For two weeks now I have been trying to decide whether to buy Bois des Iles or 1957. Now, I believe Bois des Iles will be my birthday gift to myself in June😁 Great video, thank you, Cherie.
I was so excited to click on this! Really enjoying your collection series 💕 I just received a sample of 1932 and for me too it's predominantly an iris scent, which really surprised me as this not generally how it has been described. Looking forward to giving it a full wearing xx

My husband used to have Pour Monsieur EDT and aftershave, EDT is gone but I remember it was lovely.

Out of all my Chanel’s, my absolute favourite, hands down, is vintage Chanel No 19, in all forms! Absolutely glorious and my most esteemed green fragrance. Especially the Eau de Parfum. It’s perfection in a bottle. 💚
Other Chanel vintages I love in EDP, EDT’ and Parfum forms are Coco and No.5. Also love Cristalle!
And yes!! I have exactly the same love/hate experience as you with Coco Noir.
Would love to try Bois De Iles but unfortunately hard to find…
The only Chanel men’s fragrance that I own and wear is Égoïste Pour Homme. I have a bottle from the early 2000’s. If you like warm, spicy scents like Coco, then you may like this.

Great video as always! Like you, and a lot of others, I think Chanel is such a versatile house. I love no 5 and no 19 and even if I do not care for sandalwood or orris, I LOVE Bois des Iles. I also have Eau de Cologne from the Les Exclusifs, and sure, you could argue that this is an overpriced version of 4711, I still think it is the best cologne I have smelled. From the mens line I owned Allure Homme Edition Blanche, but this was a bit too meh.. I love Sycomore and Boy from the Les Exclusifs, and need to try Egoiste Platinum, heard great things about that one.
I only have Coco Noir (I also have to be in the mood for it, but I think it's a great fragrance) and Jersey. I'd love to get some more Les Exclusifs but the pandemic has kept me from going to the Chanel boutique to sniff. Great video, Cherie!

Hi Cherie, what a great video! If you look to try male fragrances form Canel I recommend Allure Sport Eau Extreme. Got this as a sample for my husband and ended up wearing it myself with joy. Wonderful scent for warmer days in my opinion. Favourites from the female line are everything No.5 (Extrait, Eau Premiere, L'Eau), Gabrielle Essence and Coco Mademoiselle Extrait.

The original Chanel Egoiste for men is one of my all time favorite scents, I get a lot of coconut when I smell it.

I love to spritz my sheets with no.5 edt at bedtime, and looking forward to receiving some decants of no.5 parfum, EDP, and no.19. 😄 Also love vintage Coco EDT and pure parfum. P.s. Allure edt is more sparkly and citrus than the edp, but still has the peach and vanilla

Darn n5. Is not that I didn't like it, but it felt a bit mature for me...I was always on the fence with n5. I bought a couple of old eau premiere and I just can't stop wearing it. Is so pleasant, so beautiful, so easy....I get dressed and..my hand goes directly to eau premiere.... I am super addicted. I just bought a bottle of n5 EAU de toilette 🙈 (2nd hand pretty cheap). Next I'll get the edp
Great video! I really enjoy Coco Noir actually. It smells very special to me, to wear on special occasions. I’ll get a full bottle soon! I don’t get too much patchouli but I’m getting rose (and I’m not that big rose fan in general). Then I have No. 5 L’eau. I enjoy this one a lot. I cannot wear any other no.5s but I appreciate them. I also own Beige and Coromandel. Next I would like to get a 2nd bottle of Chance eau fraiche for upcoming summer (in northern hemisphere). Also own chance eau tendre but this I don’t think I’ll repurchase (on my 2nd bottle). Coco and Allure are great too. I’ll get Coco EDP at some stage. I tried also EDT from these but prefer EDP. Allure Sensuelle is fantastic even though like all Allure line it gives me these 90s vibes - a little more that I would prefer nowadays 😊

Yes I love Cristalle! I have another fragrance that is very similar to it though so, I haven’t bought a bottle of Cristalle yet for that reason.
I love Allure Sensual but with the years the smell turn more masculine but lovely I think is so sophisticated. I love coco when I small in other woman I think they small so elegant but in my self smell more like opium than coco I don't understand. I really want to buy a Coromandel and I'm curious for Beige. I can not understand the love for coco madmoasell is so ordinary for my nose.
There are so many that I love! Beige is my top fave, followed by No.5 EDP, Paris-Venise, and L'eau No.5. So good! The only one I could not get along with so far is Le Lion. It might be better as a man's scent or as a home scent?

I really enjoyed your video, thankyou. You must try Pour Monsieur! It is a sublime masterpiece, I would be most interested in what you think of it, also if you enjoy Allure, I recommend Allure Sensuelle EDT - the right amount of warmth and spice- for either sex. :) :)
PS-I feel the same about Coco Noir (and also Coco Mademoiselle), they both are a tad headache inducing for me.

Syncomore is my favourite from the line.
It’s a fantastic scent.
Pour Monsieur in edt is a fabulous chypre and Egoïste is a drier less powdery Bois Des Iles. Allure Edition Blanche is a delicious waxy citrus and powder. The rest is a cornucopia of forgettable aquatics and fougères. And since you like Santal Majuscule a lot, you should (re)visit Coromandel. It's not that sweet and has the same construction but with the most well behaved patchouli you could ask for. Really something special.

Hey Cherie, I really enjoy your YT videos, thank you. I’ve sold out my decent collection about 6 years ago and stayed without any for this long. This year is very strange. As I came back to perfumes and I really regret that I sold some. I’m now drawn towards men scents and the first one I bought was the Antaeus! I love it but i’m aware that it’s very manly - as per other reviews and I’m a bit hesitant to wear it. Let me know what you think. My friend wore Kouros and I loved it on her.

Vanilla too! To be honest, I want to try many of them. I like the idea you mentioned - sampling first - but the majority of the ones I bought so far were second hand and they were such a good deal - I guess that counts as ‘sampling’ 😬 are you open to selling some decants, pls?

I cannot wear No 5, gives me a massive headache but I love quite a few of the Les Exclusifs range. Beige, Bois de Iles and Boy being my favourites. I also have Jersey which I love in the warmer months. Not a fan of Le Lion, the patchouli is way too strong on me. I am thinking of buying a bottle of La Pausa as I have used all my sample and I really like it but I need to get rid of a few bottles I am not using first 🤦♀️
