I need you to cut my hair then. I tried her tutorial and gave up because it was too much for me. But, I asked my sister to cut about 5 inches. She was cutting but I wasn’t seeing any hair on the floor. I swear my sister cut maybe 5 millimeters, not even centimeters, based off of the little dusting of hair on the floor. So I cut it myself using my bootleg method 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️😂.
I did the same thing. I know I'm d*ad wrong (and uncomfortable) with how much I cut off but it was SO needed. I knew if I went to a salon I would have been dissatisfied at any trim. So it was best for me to cut it😔

Unfortunately, due to some complex health issues I am no longer able to work, but Thank you for providing great insight on hair care on your channel. In addition, I am glad you pointed out to your subscribers that although we as stylists may recommend a hair care regiment or style per the texture and density of their hair, ultimately, it is the client who makes the decision. However, I just cringed when I saw Barbara’s ( nice name, as I am “ Barbara” of the 5th generation of “Barbara’s in my family)sparse ends through that cutting cape knowing they needed to go and that by not getting all that needed to go is at risk to split farther up the shaft! Nevertheless, I love the realness and Love that you exemplify. Your videos are so relaxing while I am recovering from a near fatal cardiac reaction to general anesthesia while undergoing a routine out-Patient procedure at Temple. The hospital specialists can’t explain what happened. However, Let’s Just say, “ God is always on time.” Nevertheless, Keep giving us the “ Hair Tea” Have a Blessed Day.
Facts! I was literally crying last month after having a protective crochet style for 6 weeks and taking it down. The shedding seemed CRAZY but this makes sense! ❤. If you ever have tips for those of us whose hair is WILDLY different after losing it all after cancer treatment would love to see them.
❤❤❤ My mother also struggled with hair loss & then alopecia after she finished her cancer treatment. Finally, she made the decision to go Natural and have been doing crochet hairstyles for the past year. Her thinning hair is now beginning to grow in much thicker. The spots that were completely bald is now beginning to grow again after years of nothing. Low maintenance styles and oiling/moisturizing her scalp has been doing wonders for her. Wishing you all the best and continued health! ❤🙏🏾

When I used to get my hair done with a straiting comb & with the marcels they would last for 3 weeks or even 4 and I was natural back in the 80s. They were the bomb!!! Great job Queen as usual!!!!❤

My parting changes depending on hairstyle, blowout is normally a side parting unless I'm curling the ends, curly hair middle parting, natural dry middle parting and French braids middle parting. 😊 I love watching your videos!

Miss Kee, I love how you must pat those curls as if you are telling them, "Don't you dare move!" Miss Barbara's hair came out so beautifully! In terms of parting, my stylist cuts my hair where it decides to part for her that day but then makes sure it can be worn at a center part, right part, left part, or whatever my hair decides to come up with. I'm not really picky with my parting. I wear it whatever way it parts when I wake; if I try to reverse it, it reverts to the way it was upon waking so I've given up.

You give great advice. So many just want to apply double triple heat and they are causing damage and making the hair harder to hold a reliable curl. Breaking the hair down with heat makes it almost impossible to curl after it's straightened until water is applied.
I have been missing you Ladybug. Everytime I watch one of your videos I get a learning lesson and you are always teaching me something new. I LOVE IT. For instance, when you spoke about when your hair is braided and not being able to get to the hair to scratch or when you lose hair alot of hair when you take the braids down. I love braids but taking them out is the part that I hate.
I've been a left side part girlie since 1993 when I started doing my hair myself 😂 I wish more people would bring back the Marcels. That press and curl would last 2-4 weeks depending on your lifestyle😊

My parting changes depending on hairstyle, blowout is normally a side parting unless I'm curling the ends, curly hair middle parting, natural dry middle parting and French braids middle parting. 😊 I love watching your videos!

In terms of parting, my stylist cuts my hair where it decides to part for her that day but then makes sure it can be worn at a center part, right part, left part, or whatever my hair decides to come up with. I'm not really picky with my parting. I wear it whatever way it parts when I wake; if I try to reverse it, it reverts to the way it was upon waking so I've given up.

You give great advice. So many just want to apply double triple heat and they are causing damage and making the hair harder to hold a reliable curl. Breaking the hair down with heat makes it almost impossible to curl after it's straightened until water is applied.

I have been missing you Ladybug. Everytime I watch one of your videos I get a learning lesson and you are always teaching me something new. I LOVE IT. For instance, when you spoke about when your hair is braided and not being able to get to the hair to scratch or when you lose hair alot of hair when you take the braids down. I love braids but taking them out is the part that I hate.

Some of them when their hair has grown and so healthy and some get their haircut short or in a style. I rather have my hair to grow longer, stronger, and healthy. Also I am Natural, been natural since 2010,my grew and started breakage. Back then I used alot of oil in my hair, now I have learn not to use alot of oil or alot of products in my hair. I have a cowlick on one side of my forehead so I rock a fringe most of my life…it’s impossible for me to part my hair down the middle even if I wanted to because the cowlick is so strong 😫
