    After doing your workouts with my first pregnancy it was such a joy! I tried for months for another baby and failed, finally - I am back again and can’t wait to get started on this early ❤🎉

    Hi! Absolutely love your video’s! Will there be a June challenge as well? I have been following the May challenge and love doing your workout everyday! Would totally enjoy doing them the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy too!! 😍

    Thank you for everything, I followed your excercises my whole pregnancy- my labor took 1 hour, i didn't get diastatis recti, I did the smart baby yoga & my baby is so smart! I made pancakes while contracting! Huge thank you to you and everything you do❤

    I am 11 weeks pregnant and following your exercises . I wanna loose my arm fat and thigh fat as well plz make video on that

      It's not possible to "spot treat" extra weight. You can tone and strengthen certain 💞areas, but where you lose weight from first and last will depend on your genetics.

    Only safe for first trimester not second?

      It depends on your strength and experience. I can't assess you so I can't guarantee💞 that it would be safe for you in second trimester

      @@PregnancyandPostpartumTV what about moves like the c curve? I’ve always worked out before pregnancy especially advanced Pilates but I thought that move wasn’t safe for pregnancy?
