Apologies for the blurred image. My phone is now cracked directly in front of the lens. I have to get a new one.
Also, I was tired in this video. It had been a pretty long day, and it shows. The info is still good.

If you are new , what is your ADP ????
Is ADP set up after training?
@@carlosh361 ADP begins calculating from day one of training. So if you've only worked two weeks, you take how much you made in those two weeks and divide it by 10 (5 days per week, if you work a normal 5-day schedule), and you arrive at your ADP.
At the end of your next pay period, your ADP will recalculate to include those next two weeks. So now it's 4 weeks of total pay divided by amount of days worked (20).
It keeps going like this, recalculating at every paycheck until you reach 13 pay periods. From there, it now becomes a "rolling" average, always looking back over your previous 12 pay periods to arrive at your ADP.
Do PTO days accrue or roll over each year or do they expire each year?
@@BigJesse579 you can roll over 10 PTO days and 1 safety day to the next year. You'll be paid out for any additional unused days beyond those.
@@getrichwalmart Excellent. Thank you man.
@@BigJesse579 no problem
Always do work extensions, here yours ADP $480-505
can you sell back some of your PTO instead of taking it? Does it roll over from years to year?
Yes you can sell it back. I've never sold any back so I'm not sure how it works but I'm sure it's easy. And you can roll 10 days over to the next year
Anything over 10 days after Walmarts fiscal year is over they cut u a check for anything over 10
Do you get Xmas bonuses
@@cwtrucker4963 nope, no bonuses
How near to a Walmart distribution center do I need to live?
You need to live within 250 miles of the DC you plan to work out of, or be willing to relocate within 90 days of hire.
What was your last avp
It's currently $477 but changes a few bucks here and there
Nice video bro. been here 2 weeks now by myself. I like it. Hope one day my adp be like that one day. I heard team make 494$ a day but I’m still thinking bout it. Since I’m new that be the only way to max my pay. Love your videos
Thanks for the feedback. I'll have a video soon of how to max your pay here. There are a few tips that will help. But it's mostly just learning how to be efficient throughout your day.
That’s correct teams pays $494 plus miles you drive on that day. And that is 6 day working week 3 days off
