    Please reply if I am wrong,
    According to google colloid particle size is between 1 nanometer and 1000 nanometers(1 micrometer) and the particle size of suspensions is above 1000 nanometers(1 micrometer).

    • @MagnetBrainsEducation
      @MagnetBrainsEducation  2 роки тому +3

      Thank you for watching our educational videos and for taking the time to leave a comment! You are correct that colloid particle sizes are between 1 nanometer and 1000 nanometers, and that suspensions have particle sizes above 1000 nanometers. We hope you found our videos helpful and informative!

    • @ribhavsingh5094
      @ribhavsingh5094 Рік тому +2

      The diameter of particles must be greater than or equal to 350 nm to 720 nm , to show Tyndall effect
      In NCERT textbook, there is nothing written as that , the size of particles of colloids are of 100nm.
      If we conclude the size of colloids to be 100nm, then it will not show Tyndall effect, because it will not be able to scatter light.
      So, I don't agree with this statement
      The size of particles of colloids should be greater than 1nm and less than 1000nm.
      Thanks for reading!
