    Toh mam yeh emulsifying agents water ke surface tension ko km krne ka kam krte hai , by reducing their inter molecular cohesive force and same mechanism with oil isn't it 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

      Mixture of salt and sugar is a heterogeneous mixture as we can separate salt and sugar through physical method of hand picking aur we can use some other methods too for separating them.
      Also the particles in heterogeneous mixture are not a uniformly mixed with each other they do not have a uniform composition as that in the case of homogenous mixture.

    Madam please make videos on topics of WBBSE board, WBBSE board book have wide variety of information and it will be helpful for every board. CBSE is a great board but it is not vast for classes 9 and 10, that's why I am requesting magnet brains because this has been made for the help of poor students and we don't have to pay and purchase and the teachers are great here.

      Hey there! Great question! The path of light is not visible in water because the water particles scatter the light in all directions. This is why you see a "glow" when you shine a light into a dark room - the light is being scattered by the particles in the air!

      Whatever you put first will be continuous as the second thing will start forming big droplets after falling into the first thing and as a result the first thing will be continuous.

      Because oil have less wieght than water you can also say that the density of oil is less than water

      @@Nova1786-y9s and also doesn't mix because both oil and water are immiscible liquids (liquids that cannot be mixed together) because the water molecules attract each other, and the oil molecules stick together. That causes oil and water to form two separate layers.

    Mam i have one ❓ if we added large amount of water in ..water in oil emulsion then oil ki amaunt decrease ho jayegi as compared to water then isko hm oil in water emulsion bana sakte h

      Yes, adding more water will decrease the amount of oil in the emulsion. However, you can still make an oil in water emulsion.
