🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
    00:00 🧠 *Understanding Learning Processes*
    - Learning involves a complex interplay of neurochemicals and neural circuits.
    - The nervous system constantly seeks to adapt and improve its functioning based on experiences.
    - Neuroplasticity allows the brain to change and adapt throughout life, with focus and energy being key components.
    02:46 📚 *Approaching Learning Effectively*
    - Effective learning involves understanding the two-stage process: focus/alertness and deep rest.
    - Deep rest, including sleep and non-sleep deep rest activities like meditation, is crucial for neural rewiring and consolidation of learning.
    - Utilizing ultradian rhythms, shallow naps, and micro rests can enhance the learning process and accelerate skill acquisition.

Keep it simple. Make a list of all your study topics. Then make key notes for each one. Then condense them onto flashcards. Once you have everything you know you definitely need to know, start applying the mnemonics, Loci etc, to them. Then apply spacial repetition to practicing recalling said info. I memorised 500 French words in less than a week doing this.

    This sounds just right
    90 min of learning
4 hours of sleep within learning
10 sec break from the task at hand to distract the mind
Actually few of these work and I am gonna apply these periods of intense focus blocs to achieve my goals .
And yeah like I'll recall better few days after learning and not immediately
I have been unconsciously doing these things but now I understand why

    Wish u luck fellas
    Stay focused.
    Achieve ur goals
    Xoxo

Naps as well as yoga nidra practicing shouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes, because then you'll probably fall into deep sleep and you'll feel very groggy after waking up, if you don't complete the 90 minute (also called ultradian) cycle 😉
